What a fabulous experience, from start to end. This is a highly professional team offering a first class service. Would highly recommend for a superb experience. I am so glad I booked this for my husband. He hasn't stpped raving about it!

Excellent customer service! We were able to book the Teida by Night tour last minute on the day of booking. The representative went above and beyond to help us get this booking after another company cancelled on us. The tour was great - Pepe our tour guide was super knowledgeable and had a very good sense of humour. Despite it being the coldest day and night, and clouds that were higher than expected, we still managed to see the sunset and stargazed. Pepe and Martin (the driver) ensured that we got what we paid for! Highly recommend!

Boat lovely, clean and route great. Saw numerous dolphins which was great. What let this down was the lack of communication from the guide...he barely said 3 words. No one knew why we had stopped....turned out it was an area to see dolphins. No one knew we could have drinks or a sandwich or where the toilet was.
Better communication would have made this much better

From the booking process through to our boat trip, everything was done in a professional manner with friendly staff and exceptional customer service. Our cruise on the Monte Christo was a fantastic experience which created memories we will cherish forever.

On time, very nice staff and interesting tour. You can visit a big part of the island in one tour.

Trip Tenerife did a great job! We booked several activities during our stay and we were disappointed. Would definitely recommend Trip Tenerife if you want to book some activities!

We booked through TripTenerife as all of the local excursions were full, there was an issue with our booking as the one we had booked was full, they called us up and got us onto the slot in the morning to rectify this. Both of the gentleman who lead the tour from The Quad Squad were amazing, they made us feel safe throughout and they made the effort to chat and laugh with us when we were having a break, instead of just talking to each other, couldn’t recommend this company enough.

I'm disappointed that your company advertises and sells tours like Masca Gorge trail hike that it knowingly can not provide.
