What I appreciate about trisAino's Concierge is having someone to turn to when travel guides don't cover the situation. Planning ahead is useful, but questions still come up along the way, especially in an unfamiliar country. Having access to human support adds peace of mind and is a thoughtful addition to the planning tools.
Something I wish we could have discovered earlier during the planning stage, their AI tool is super intuitive and helpful for crafting an entire plan with only one single web portal.
We ended up using the concierge service, helping us to book Chinese-speaking only restaurants and several tickets where Chinese IDs are required. Definitely worth the $10 per day they charge
We had a great experience choosing the EV tour. Our tour guide DC was more than helpful, he paid attention to every detail and made us feel very comfortable during the whole experience. Communication was smooth and schedule was followed perfectly as promised. Great job!
