Tritonoutdoors レビュー

I ordered a wetsuit from Triton Outdoors and received an automatic email invoice, but no further communication followed. After nearly two weeks without receiving the item or any updates, I contacted them for an update. I received no reply, but the next day, I got an automated email confirming that my purchase was out for delivery.
Unfortunately, the wetsuit didn’t fit. I requested a return via the email address provided on their returns page. However, two days later, I still haven’t received a response confirming the next steps in the refund process.
Overall, my experience with this company has been disappointing.

UPDATE
I got an email with an address to ship the wetsuit to. But no free returns like advertised on the website. I've returned the item, but still not had any correspondence to confirm it's arrived (I know it has as it was tracked). Week later still nothing and no refund.

Great range of products and friendly and helpful staff. Happy to recommend Triton Outdoors.

The loveliest team, so helpful and speedy at replying to queries! Also, delivery was very quick and the item arrived as hoped. I would 100% recommend them and will buy again in the future!

Great service. Helpful informative staff. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Our favourite sauna and lake experience! Alison and the Longside Lake team run a friendly and inclusive space. We go regularly for lake dipping and sauna sessions.

The sauna is immaculately clean and maintained. The sauna window gives a lovely view over the lake. Changing and toilet facilities are all on site. We love the Saturday morning sessions when there is often BBQ breakfast baps and hot drinks for sale at very reasonable prices.

A great experience for relaxation!

I lovely sauna and a perfect setting for a wild swim followed by a sauna

Buying a wetsuit can be difficult ! I ordered a wetsuit online - the fit was not ideal. I got in touch with Triton and Alison responded. We arranged for me to go to the lake, try some suits and have a swim. The try before you buy is such a fantastic idea. I had a great swim in the beautiful lake. Alison and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. Swimming and assistance suitable for all levels. I would not have had the confidence to buy the right suit in the right size without Alison's expert knowledge. Thank you so much - I can't wait to visit again.

We did a club social and went perfectly pizzas were great water as cold as expected loved the sauna!

Just fabulous as ever

My go-to for swim gear. I have total trust in these guys, I know if Tommy stocks something in his shop it's going to be good quality. I've also been able to try out different wetsuits in a bid to find the right one for me.

A safe, fun & friendly place to experience cold water dipping with the added benefits of relaxing in the sauna and hot tub. The bright sparkle to my winter mornings ….even managed to make a convert of my daughter - result!

Such a lovely team! Always so helpful and super knowledgeable! Can’t fault the friendly service

Brilliant small business. I have many products from this store including a Nordic robe, thermal costume and thermal bobble hat. Service has been nothing but the best with the support team and Tommy responding promptly. Also very quick delivery time! Would absolutely recommend 10/10
