I was being aggressively approached through LinkedIn regarding a professional training package. The offer was described as including the latest study materials, including references to the official study resources.

Based on this representation, I proceeded with the purchase.

However, after payment was made, the materials provided consisted only of recorded online training videos with VERY poor content. The study materials that were implied during the sales conversation were not provided.

I contacted the sales person to clarify the discrepancy, but the response did not resolve the issue. The sales person went silence.

My recommendation to anyone considering certification training packages offered through social media or direct messaging is to verify exactly what materials are included before making payment, especially when official study resources are referenced.

I am sharing this experience purely to help other professionals make informed decisions.

I have done my PMP Training from Tromenz. It was a great experience they provide best services and training. I suggest to choose them for any training.

One of worst learning centre for cissp . They just care of about money for course enrollment and exam fee. Faculty just read from ppt and not even a single mock exam. Finally change the WhatsApp group setting only admin can send message. Never share the ppt even after asking multiple times and finally after session got over denied the same.

I enrolled for CAPM training with Tromenz Learning. They provided the self placed training which I was able to do as per my on schedule. The training quality was very good. I completed my full training and received my PDU certificate which was accepted by PMI. People who are looking for CAPM or any PMI certification can reach out to Tromenz.
