Serious Transparency Concerns â 1200 USDT Not Returned
I am writing this review to document my experience with Tronpower.io regarding a mistaken USDT (TRC20) transfer.
On 03 February 2026, I mistakenly sent 1200 USDT (TRC20) to the following address used within their platform:

I immediately reported the error. Initially, I was told that the wallet infrastructure is controlled by a third-party provider and they do not have signing authority. Later, they stated that refund approval depends on their unnamed âparent company.â However, despite multiple requests, they have never disclosed the legal identity of this parent company nor provided proof of backend communication.
Here is where it becomes concerning:
On-chain blockchain analysis shows that the 1200 USDT was moved out of the above wallet on 13 February 2026, and subsequently transferred onward. Yet even on 18 February 2026, I was still being told that my request was âunder reviewâ and awaiting authorization.
This creates a serious inconsistency between their written statements and verifiable blockchain activity.
The wallet remains active with ongoing transactions, so technical inability does not appear to be the issue.
It has now been over two weeks without:
A clear refund timeline
Disclosure of the alleged parent company
Explanation for the movement of my funds
Any confirmed recovery action
I am sharing this for transparency so that other users understand the risks when sending funds to platform-controlled wallets.
I sincerely hope Tronpower.io resolves this matter promptly and provides clear answers.
