Suite à la mise en service, l'eau du spa s'est troublée sans que nous sachions pourquoi.
Le SAV qui est intervenu a pensé à une réaction entre 2 produits.
Après vidange et rinçage le spa à été remis en service et depuis tout va bien, l'eau reste limpide et aucun dépôt en surface.
Le Spa est super agréable à l'utilisation et nous sommes ravi de notre achat.

Après avoir longuement comparé les performances des spas du marché pour ne retenir que ceux qui permettent des soins en plus de la détente, je me suis décidé pour le Tropic Spa Samana Intense Alutech 2 places. Sa présentation est superbe tout comme les finitions. Les possibilités d'usage sont nombreuses, le réseau des buses à eau (surtout pour l'objectif soin) bien développées. Le spa étant en extérieur, la bonne isolation (pendant quelques jours de petites gelées) maintient la température au degré choisi. Le tableau de commande est, comme dans tous les spas, un peu complexe, et nécessite un apprentissage (ce qui est le cas pour tout ce que l'on achète aujourd'hui !) ; il aurait peut-être été préférable de l'orienter vers le baigneur plutôt que vers l'extérieur.
A ce jour, 6 semaines après la mise en service, je suis satisfait de mon achat.

Je parle méme pas du service technique qui ne sait pas faire la différence entre une prise rca et jack.....

In 2018, we bought a Jacuzzi from this company in France. A week before their delivery, they informed me that they had sold the product I had ordered and paid to another customer. They offered me the same product, but in a different color.

Of course, I was very unhappy with that, but we needed our project to be finished. So I accepted the same product but in white instead of blue against a slight compensation of 250 EUR.

However, after many attempts to troubleshoot the product because we thought that two of the pumps were not working, we discovered that TropicSpa had delivered a much cheaper model without two of the three pumps of the model I ordered. Thus, not only was the color different, but the product was also of a much lower quality.

I immediately complained, but TropicSpa never replied to any of my emails.

TropicSpa is therefore not only an incompetent company, but also a fraudulent company, to which everyone should stay away from.
