Niki was an AMAZING guide, with so much knowledge - and he cared about us as a group. He listened to what we wanted and gave us options when we had a bit more time. His energy and enthusiasm was truly contagious. Anna Przi was our amazing hostess with such genuine care for each of us. She brought out the smiles in us daily... so much so that several of us are going on other Trova Trips with her - 7 to Costa Rica from this trip!

Our guides were the absolute best and made our whole experience that much better! It was a memorable and amazing trip and I wouldn’t have had it any other way!

Do not use this service they book you in motels and keep your extra insurance money EVEN if you GET INJURED ON THE TRIP. I even had evidence of buying an air b and b because the hotel accommodations were that bad! I looked up on hotels.com and it was $73 a night I was sharing it where did the $1900 go? Imagine two people who paid almost 4k staying in a $73 motel! Everything that was planned was highschool field trip! Not for women who are 30’s and 40’s. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Max and Morgane were a power duo as guides. They were so much fun to have, definitely would've been a difference experience without them. I would love to have them as guides again.
The trip itself was so much fun. Banff is so gorgeous and the activities were a lot of fun!

It was easy to navigate and all questions were easily answered.

There isn't much room for leniency with choosing single vs double rooms or needing to end a trip early, and were there more of those options, it would improve consumer satisfaction.

wish I could give 10 stars for this life changing trip to Canada with 23 amazing girls and 2 of the best guides. Ilaria was very communicative and sweet as our trova host, she made the trip so welcoming and answered any questions we had. I’d say as for the company you made it easy to purchase a package with everything already planned out.

We loved the trip to Crete. However, TrovaTrip office was too distant in their communication skills. We were disappointed that everything was online & we weren’t able to TALK to someone in their office. That said, their choice of hotels, activities, guides, etc., was terrific. Our tour leader had some issues with how meals were handled, but the food itself was delicious & abundant.

Trova did a great job keeping consistent information and communication available leading up to the trip. They were responsive and provided an exceptional communication tool for the group for use leading up to and throughout the experience. I would highly recommend TrovaTrip and will very likely use their services for travel in the future!

Wonderful experience. As a first time international traveler this is the way to go. Simple, easy to understand, you just have to get yourself there. I had no clue I would be leaving on the most wonderful experience with so many new friends. I can’t wait for the next trip!

My trip was to Portugal in May 2026. The host was AMAZING, however Trova’s response to issues, such as a planned an excursion which was closed due a known holiday, a very serious issues with the safety of transportation where the bus had two flat tires and tread coming off the tires, and numerous changes to our itinerary was deplorable. My own experience with their customer service was awful. First and last trip with this company.

Fun itinerary, excellent host and wonderful guide. The hotels were beautiful and the women on the trip were amazing!

Everything was done for me! Just book and pay. Easiest trip I’ve ever booked and just a fun experience!

Madeline and Amber were amazing, fun, kind hosts! We had an amazing tour guide names Edwin who was so knowledgeable and great with all of our party! We went on amazing excursions and had wonderful accommodations and great food!

What a wonderful trip — honestly, where do I even begin?

From the moment I met Ben & Hunter (a day before the trip officially kicked off), I had a strong feeling this was going to be something special. Right from the start, they came across as genuinely kind, honest, and deeply invested in making this an incredible experience for everyone — and they absolutely delivered.

From Day 1, the group just clicked. We spent every day together — exploring, eating, laughing — and it never felt forced. It genuinely felt like a group of friends rather than strangers on a trip.

And the memories… incredible. Amazing food, great cocktails, endless banter, and those spontaneous moments that you just can’t plan — the kind that end up being the highlights of the trip.

The hotels throughout the trip were all up to a very good standard — comfortable, well-located, and exactly what you’d hope for after a full day of activities. Food was consistently of high quality, well presented, and thoughtfully selected to cater to everyone’s tastes and preferences. There was always something for everyone, and every meal felt like part of the experience rather than just a stop along the way.

Travel logistics were seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organised, transport was always on time, and we felt safe and well looked after at all times. There was never a moment where we had to worry about getting from one place to another — it was all taken care of.

This review would not be complete without mentioning our wonderful local guide, Patcharee Ketsriburin (Beer). She was simply fantastic. Incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always one step ahead in anticipating what the group needed. Her communication was clear, her organisation was flawless, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. You really couldn’t ask for a better guide.

Every activity, every location, every experience felt well thought out and intentional. I didn’t have to stress or plan a thing — I simply showed up each day, which is exactly what you want on a trip like this.

In short — this trip was the real deal.
I’m incredibly glad I took the plunge and signed up, otherwise I would have missed out on an adventure of a lifetime.

If Ben & Hunter are hosting a trip, don’t even think twice — just book it. You will not regret it.

I will most definitely be joining another trip with Ben & Hunter.

The guide was amazing! She and our host made the trip incredible

Just got back from a 7 day trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand. I booked with a group on Trova Trip. I am very disappointed at the accommodations that they booked for our group. The main hotel in Chaing Mai was both a VEGAN only hotel but much better accommodations were all around us. The motel they booked in Pai was a disgusting road side spot with dirty sheets and towels, no telephones in the rooms, sad breakfast, and bug infested. This was not a cheap trip. The group all elected to check out and we had to pay for our next nights stay in a much cleaners, safer, nicer accommodations in Chiang Mai. Beware. Still have not received a refund or a response from Trova Trip on our complaint. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
