Customer service was amazing. Kim was friendly and kind. She made sure I was at the right location.. we talked on the phone for a minute felt like I was talking to a friend. She's is really one of a kind.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got charged for overage and arrears from the location in Rocky Ford, CO all while my trailer has been at my yard for 6 days. Got contacted by some dude called Wolfgang who was absolutely worthless!! I got cheated out of money and got told there is nothing that can be done!!! Talk about shady as hell business practices!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL!!

Reliable Support and Easy Fleet Setup
Great experience working with Truck Parking Club.
I needed help setting up our company under their Organization feature to manage multiple drivers and bookings, and Andre walked me through everything step by step. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure we were set up correctly.
The platform itself is straightforward once configured and gives us a much better way to manage parking and payments centrally instead of handling everything individually.
Customer service made the difference here. Appreciate the support.

Robert was so incredibly awesome!!! Helped to look over the issue and it should be resolved! Love truck parking club it sets a solo drivers mind at ease when you are in situations that finding truck parking is tough! People complain because their is a charge to park however if there wasn't their wouldn't be the convenience of knowing you have somewhere to park in a bad situation as it takes money to run a company!

I had a great experience with Truck Parking Club! Their team stayed in communication with me the entire time and consistently checked in to make sure everything was handled properly. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure our truck was parked in the correct location without any issues.
Even when things were a little hectic on our end, they were understanding and supportive throughout the process. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
I truly appreciate their follow-up and attention to detail. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and responsive truck parking solutions!

They only take your money but not a responsibility.
You find a parking, pay properly, park a trailer properly and think everything will be good, right? Wrong! When you come back you will find out that your trailer has been towed away, only because the stupid property Manager was not able to identify the booking for your trailer. And, Truck Parking Club does not seem to be willing to take responsibility. They don't even seem to be willing to acknowladge that it is their problem. You are on your own.

My car was parked at my Trucking Club parking lot. I didn’t realize that I had to leave my car information on the website. I received a text that my car would be towed since it didn’t seem to belong there. I responded to the text and got a return call. What a great driver! She has retired after several decades of driving. Her customer service was fantastic! She explained more about The Club. There is much more to it than I knew!!! Thank you so very much!! 😃
