I will buy a test never again

They delayed my results already 3 months.
After several escalation Inrequested support from the customer service supervisor.
The same story - she prommised to have a close look on my results, she commited a date for feedback(a second QA test passed or failed).
3 days overdue and nothing. I wrote again the supervisor and 2 days no feedback.

One year of logistics failures, no real accountability, Zero courtesy

I subscribed to TruAge Health & Age for one year and unfortunately ended up with zero courtesy despite persistent problems throughout the subscription.

Logistics failures (UPS-related):
• 1 test kit lost in transit by UPS
• 1 return shipment took nearly 2 months
• Repeated delays caused 2 return shipping labels to expire
• Almost 70 emails spent trying to resolve basic shipping issues

Replacing kits due to these failures was framed as a “courtesy,” which I strongly disagree with. When you sell this product, you sell both the test and the logistics. Ensuring that samples can be shipped and returned reliably is a core responsibility, not a favor. Get DHL as logistics company.

Data & quality concerns:
Beyond logistics, I also lost confidence in the results themselves:
• Historical data in newer reports appears incorrectly carried over, affecting development charts (e.g. organ age trends not aligning with earlier reports)
• I received emails stating that samples needed to be retested due to quality control mismatches
• I was also asked to reconfirm sampling dates due to QC issues
• The most recent report showed unexpected and inconsistent changes, making the results feel unreliable

Considering the high price, the combination of logistics chaos, lack of courtesy, repeated QC issues, and questionable data consistency makes this service not worth it in my experience.

What’s also telling is that many other reviews describe the same UPS and shipping problems, indicating this is not an isolated case.

I will not purchase TruDiagnostic services again and I can't recommend it to anybody else.

I bought my kit

I bought my kit and returned as indicated, got lost in the mail. They sent me another and have issues to register due to no name enter, except there was no place to enter my name. Twice I email them to give me a refund and no response. Don't buy at all and I will be sharing this true negative everywhere online.

Shady and almost worthless

They don't give you your actual levels and they give you no context around the percentile that you fall into. The percentile has no range scores at all therefore individualized health is nearly impossible. I requested my hard data scores and they refuse to give it to me stating that they don't have it. This is a complete lie because anyone that understands anything about math knows that you need the actual hard numbers to create percentiles to know where someone falls in a percentile. This is troubling because you can't determine anything out of the report because you have no idea how they created their methodology to create these scores in the first place, therefore you can't take any supplementation regimen based on this because you have no idea of your real levels which are super important. Such a scam
