Zero response to issues
Zero response to issues. I purchased pants that were not final sale or clearance (did not say that on my receipt). the fit was horrible in the inseam (very short and tight). Website said I couldn't return cause it was final sale. I submitted claim and they told me they would get back to me in 72 hours. It has been 2 weeks and 3 additional attempts for update have gone totally ignored. There is no other way to reach the company except by email. All I am looking for is resolution to purchasing a defective product and answers. I would seriously caution purchasers to re-think their decision to buy, unless you are willing to take risk that if something goes wrong, you are out your money.
