It was very easy to order product & hopefully will be delivered & arrive promptly. Very good explanation of product & what it does. I would recommend True Clean.

It was easy to order but I think it's alittle pricey, similar product on Amazon are alittle cheaper and offer more pads for the price, but your product looks easier to use.

It was a very simple process. I did not take advantage of ordering a lot of their product because I only have one bed.

Not two weeks in - only a few days.

Well, the email indicated "two weeks in", however, I've only had the product for a few days. It took two weeks to get the product to my residence. I don't know what to expect as in order to tell I'd have to open one of the cards and that would stop the cards from attracting the dust mice. I'll see after a couple of months have passed.

Explanation of the product Bedmites!

Explanation of the product caught my imagination. Other customers experience helped my decisions to purchase the Bedmite item. Quick professional order system helps. Just need this product to rid my bed of the little Blighters now. I Can't wait to receive the 20x packets.

False advertising

They have false advertising! they state on their website 90 day full refund .... they offered 35% as a "good faith gestor" this is BS ... 100% false advertising ... after MUCH battling and contacting PayPal, they did refund my money ....

Update .... True Clean management contacted me with refund and apology which I really appreciated ....

Hi Debbyq

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment we caused. You expected us to honor our 90-day money-back guarantee, and receiving a 35% offer instead understandably left you feeling misled.

Although your order has now been fully refunded, you should not have had to spend so much time pursuing it or involve PayPal to reach that resolution. We sincerely apologize for making an already disappointing experience more difficult.

We take responsibility for how this was handled. Please accept our heartfelt apologies.
