⚠️ Potential scam — please don’t pay any upfront fees.

I have serious concerns about AP Real Estate Solutions / Truehold Group and their accommodation-finding service. Rooms are advertised online gumtree, Zoopla,SpareRoom..etc,
prospective tenants are directed to their London office :154 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 4LN
Truehold — 3rd Floor
and reportedly asked to pay around £500–£600 upfront to help find accommodation.

The concern is what happens after payment — some customers report don’t get response or being offered rooms that don’t appear to match the original advertisements.

If you’re considering using this service, verify the property, landlord, contract, fees and refund terms independently before paying anything.

If you’ve had a similar experience, preserve your messages, adverts, receipts and payment records. There may be more people experiencing the same issue, and it deserves proper investigation.

I wasn't pretty sure in the beginning with paying for the service but after few days I come back as I was having 6 days left to find something and what can I say it was worth every penny, Aamir was brilliant straight away he contacted me with the guy responsible for one of the rooms I liked but things get more complicated as I didn't like a room after the viewing, and 2 days before my move out and holding deposit already paid in total desperation I asked if it's possible to find anything else and boom another contact to Aamir's colleague with whom I finally sign a contract. I had no hope at some point at all but Aamir made everything simple and straightforward, I have a room as I wanted in the area I wanted and 2 years of his services with the price, really worth the money and you avoid all the stress,time and dodgy "landlords". Best recommendations
