It has now been almost 2 months since a withdrawal request and still customer service has nothing of value to say besides "wait longer". Please don't trap your money in this sportsbook. Their generous promos are worthless if you will never be able to withdraw. PS. I signed up last week and it has some nice sportsbook options. I deposited using e-transfer and received the deposit match as a welcome offer. No issues for me when making my bets. I haven't tried withdrawing yet, but so far so good.

I have 3 pending withdraws worth over 2000k and they keep delaying the payout. It's been 5 days and they haven't even approved the withdrawal to be processed. Be careful when using theis company. They let you deposit so easily but when you withdraw, good luck! Customer service is trash also. Very rude!

All the negative comments are true I deposited 500. Had to go to live chat 3 times just for them to give me my welcome bonus limited all my betting to 0.1 of my regular unit. I Sent verification the day I created an account after a business week and a bit I went to live chat and complained (maybe a bit rudely and impatiently) so they closed my account entirely which is fair. What’s not fair is that it’s been 2.5 business weeks. My money still sits in the account. Had a great experience with TrueNorthbets. Yes the verification is required and it may need more information than other betting sites. However my bank statements and ID got verified within 2 days. I placed my first bets and nothing went wrong. Withdrawl was pretty quick too less than 3 days using etransfer. Which is the standard time for betting websites using WYZIA or whatever it’s called. Make sure whoever is betting with this site read all the terms and conditions. I’m sure all the 1 star reviews are people who don’t read and just bet……. That’s why they are angry because something went wrong

Put 100$ on and turned it into 1000$.. documents were sent in over 5 days ago and not verified, they make you send in 3 different types as most sites require just your drivers license, they will probably say my documents are not right or something to make up another excuse, live chat rarely helps, they limit you to 10$ a bet on props then say all bookies do this incase games are “rigged”? It’s the only site to ever have limits, they let you deposit right away but if you want a withdrawal it takes months. Takes them over a week to even look at documents yet live chat says it’ll take them a few days.. scam website. Not worth the hassle. Deposit is super easy but they will make it as difficult as possible for you to withdraw your money. There is no reason for a withdrawal to take more than 2-3 business days. It took 2 weeks and about half a dozen chats with customer support to get my money back.

Honestly this is a legit company don't listen to the negative reviews. If you deposit and withdraw using Idebit you will have no issues. Read terms and conditions with the bonuses if you deposit with them and you will be fine. I've been scammed on other sites but this one is 100% real deal.

It is super easy to deposit money but almost impossible to withdraw. The amount of hoops you have to jump through and how often things get stuck on thier end is ridiculous.

When I first used the website I got my bonus and everything was going well, next day I hope on and my units are usually are $100 so I try to place the bet and they limit my bets to $60-10 some markets I wasn’t even able to go over $10 and now I’m waiting to finally withdrawal my money but they have been reviewing my documents for 3 days now can’t wait for the classic “wrong documents” to further delay it.
