A Father and Sons retreat that was a unique chance to plant a seed with young men. The power of men coming together in truth and authenticity is something I have wanted to introduce my son to for some while and this was a precious opportunity. Well organised with skillful leadership in breathtaking nature, allowing us to come together as a group with meaningful connection. A time for fathers to interact with one another and bear witness to special qualities in our young men.

The Introduction to the Father’s Circle online workshop was a great experience for me. The small group setting created a safe and engaging atmosphere for sharing. Cedric is an empathetic and inspiring facilitator. I would very much recommend this workshop.

Joined Truenortodyssey on the 14th June for the first time. What a lovely platform for Dad's to share common and unique challenges and just a lovely "safe space" for just being able to speak openly with no judgement. Will definitely be attending the next one, thank you Cedric and all your wonderful support!

My son and I had a wonderful experience on this weekend adventure. It was well organised, enjoyable and meaningful.

Myself and my son (13) had a great time on the Father-Son Adventure retreat in the Lake District. Beautiful location surrounded by nature (that even the Great British weather couldn't spoil!), and lots of activity as well as reflection and sharing. Was great for us both to see how other fathers and sons also have struggles but how we're all trying our best to raise good humans. I really felt this was a very positive experience for my relationship with my son, who also had a fun and enjoyable time. Cedric and Dan held the space brilliantly and were compassionate leaders who helped us all learn more about each other. I'd been looking for something like this for a while, so I'm so glad that it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come back again in the future!

My son and I had a great time together in the Lake District. It was nice for him and myself to see how other dad's and their son's interact with each other. Definitely an adventure for us both. Dan and Cedric did a great job of looking after us.

This was a brilliant experience and I would highly recommend!

After completing this session I felt refreshed and motivated but I also left with deeper insight to myself while understanding how I can become more balanced and healthy in the variety of traits that make the foundation of a masculine energy.

Cedric is really passionate and creates a really engaging workshop, where it feels safe to express one’s personal experiences relevant to the archetypes. This allowed me to create links from my own experiences to understanding how and why the archetypes play out the way they do in my life!

I attended a webinar with Cedric earlier today. I found it insightful and made me reflect alot on myself.

Cedric is passionate, empathetic and cares deeply about the cause. I believe this topic is incredibly important and needs to to be discussed more often.
