I’m waiting for their response. I placed my order and it was held at customs. I’ve been contacting they for help, but they still haven’t responded or taken any action.
If they reply my messages i wilm put a good review

I have ordered many times and even when a vial was missing. They made sure to send the ones I was missing. The product is true and accurate, and I always come back!

Ordered 2 vials of motsc and 10ml of bac water from them. Placed all 3 in a dark cool place at room temperature forn3 days before reconstituting. The first one i reconstituted with 2ml of bac water and it instantly became cloudy. I tried to reconstitute the 2nd one with just 1 ml of bac water and it had crystals plus was cloudy. From the research I've done it's either bad peps or bad bac water. I Emailed true peptides about this and never got a response. Was hoping they'd make it right but since I received no response will be taking my business elsewhere!

Beyond bizarre experience with this company. An item was missing from my order, I notified them, they denied the item was missing and refused to refund me for it because they “checked their security cameras.” Ok, weird. I guess they are accusing me of lying? Quality of the peptides was so poor I threw them out. I returned the unopened ones and inquired about a refund a week after they had received my return, for them to say they hadn’t received it. Thank goodness I saved the tracking info and was able to confirm they had in fact received it. Still waiting on the refund. So many good peptide companies to buy from, no reason at all to waste your time/money with this company.

I love this company, they have excellent costumer service, fast shipping, and amazing products that are affordable and always work. I love them and recommend them to everyone i meet.

I submitted my order on Saturday morning and didn’t get anything else until Monday. All it said was that a label was created since then it hasn’t updated anything. I paid extra for fast delivery! I probably wont get anything else until the end of the week.

Their products are top notch, and I have paced several orders with them. My orders have always arrived quickly.
Their support team is fantastic.They have responded quickly and courteously any time that I have reached out to them with questions.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Truepeptidelabs! We all know it’s pretty risky ordering peptides because there are so many scams. I took a chance with this company based off the other reviews on trust pilot. I placed an order the morning of February 6th and by the end of the day I already received a tracking number with UPS. Monday came around and it hadn’t moved yet, which I assumed was because it had been a weekend. So I called the number on their site to verify and was told what I already had been thinking. It shipped from south florida later that day and arrived in my mailbox on Tuesday! They even upgraded my BAC water which was a nice surprise. I’m very happy I found this company, they’re legitimate, fast, and I will continue to order from them :)

I’ve being using true peptides from some time now and have put some friends on to this website and as true as their name are the products sold. TIRZ, RETA, BCP, TB-500, tesamorelin, and MOTS-C have been game changing especially after that 6week mark.
