Dear DataFlow Support Team,
Greetings !
I would like to bring to your attention an important concern regarding the mode of study mentioned in my verification report. Your system provides only three selectable options for the Mode of Study:
1. Active Enrollment
2. Part-Time
3. Distant Education
However, Full-Time is the universally recognized and standard mode of study for PhD programs worldwide. Before initiating the verification process and paying the USD 120 fee, I contacted customer support and clearly explained that my report must reflect the Full-Time mode of study. I was informed that this requirement would be customized appropriately in the report, as stated in the email dated February 22, 2026. Unfortunately, the final report now states “Active Enrollment” as the mode of study. This terminology is unclear and does not explicitly indicate whether the program was Full-Time, which creates confusion for authorities reviewing my academic credentials. Your customer support team has informed me that “Active Enrollment” translates to Full-Time study. However, this explanation is not reflected anywhere in the official report. Without a formal clarification or justification from DataFlow, the reviewing authority may misinterpret it. Since the terminology used in the report is not self-explanatory, I kindly request that DataFlow provide an official clarification letter stating that the DataFlow verification system supports only three modes of study: Active Enrollment, Part-Time, and Distant Education.
The term “Active Enrollment” in the DataFlow system corresponds to the Full-Time mode of study, meaning the candidate was actively enrolled in the program and not studying through part-time or distance mode. Please understand that this matter directly affects my professional credentials, career, and employment status. Therefore, I request your cooperation in providing a clear and logical explanation through an official clarification letter.
Without such clarification, the purpose of obtaining this verification report is unfortunately not fulfilled.
