Payed with Klarna with a friend. Luckily enough. Because customer service didn't answer. Klarna fixed this for me and I had a refund with the help of Klarna.

Bought for around 230 USD. The fit is horrendous, recieved wrong size, wrong colour etc.

Guys never buy from a company before checking reviews on trustpilot. I made that mistake.

Scam. Nothing else more to say. Don't buy from this crap company.

Luckily enough I bought with Klarna. I had some trouble with Klarna, and none the least with TrueSharp. But eventually Klarna cancelled the invoice/bill. But again this website took alot of my valuable time getting my money back.

Also if you scroll down on their website with those "models" wearing those shirts from Temu. Lol... some models are AI generated and another model which happens to be a real person has also been advertising for that perfume company Thomas Carter 😂.

SCAM! Ware seit 2 Monaten nicht angekommen, nicht trackbar, Mail exisitiert nicht, keine Möglichkeit TRUESHARP zu kontaktieren. Macht nicht den selben Fehler wie ich.

Scam operation. Didn't deliver my order and no way to contact them. Stay far away!

To sum up, no customer service, wont reply at all (does not have a working e mail adress). Delivery time was 2 weeks. And the wrong size was delivered. False promises on website avout guerantee and service. Would not recommend.

Products of very poor quality, slow delivery, customer service doesn't answer emails or phone calls.
It says it doesn't need ironing, but it does, and the fabric started pilling after the first wash. Several parts of the shirt aren't sewn, just glued.
I requested a refund and they didn't answer me.

Finger Weg von Truesharp oder Vicci oder WearVicci. Die Ware braucht Wochen, um anzukommen und ist nicht gut. Kundenservice nicht vorhanden.
