No accountability or oversight.
We have been using for 19 years in Virginia and have been VERY satisfied. However, we now own a home also in Ohio and it's been nightmare to get any one to visit our home and to be accountable.
Like our service in Virginia, we opted for full service for our home in Ohio. We started service this past spring and have had one treatment. We have received a couple notices when they were to treat our lawn, only to find out, they did not. I have spoken to many (7) individuals from TruGreen and each time had to share the same story over and over. I even acknowledge the time we are in, where finding and keeping employees is tough but yet that wasn't confirmed. We finally thought we had the right person in charge, after I continually asked if there was anyone in charge of operations for our area and asked where is the accountability, to finally be connected with the purpose in charge of operations in our area. Out the gate she seem great. Attentive; seemed genuine and with a mission to get things on track. After our second conversation she met my spouse at the house to look at our yard and to discuss the next treatment. It was a great conversation. The I received a call from "Lori," immediately telling me she has half the story and I AGAIN had to tell the whole story up to this point and only to be told she needs to contact Allissa (our region manager) to find out what's going on and will call me back. I heard nothing from Lori and nothing more from Allissa! My spouse left a voicemail asking about the status about when someone is coming to treat our lawn and there has been nothing! Again, no accountability and no operations oversight. Incredible doesn't even express the train of nonsense that we have endured. Hard to wrap your head around how blatantly ridiculous.
