TruGreen - Evansville レビュー 1

In 2022, I invested hundred of dollars in my lawn, relying on TruGreen to deliver on their commitment to provide aeration and grass seeding, pest control, fertilization, and weed control. Despite numerous calls to TruGreen, all I had to show was bare spots, dead shrubs, and weeds. The technicians seemed poorly trained and showed little knowledge of the materials they were using. (Exception: one technician brought in from Arkansas to assist with the backlog in SW Indiana was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.) Management were unresponsive. Customer Service repeatedly promised that the local Management would be contacting me. I eventually gave up - and received a piddly refund of approx $60, for services not performed. I don't have any confidence in TruGreen, at least in the Evansville-Newburgh area. I recommend that potential customers seek other companies who can likely provide quality lawn care at a more reasonable price. The TruGreen corporation can improve by closing its Evansville-Newburgh location!
