My ring doorbell caught them not once but twice just sticking their little flag in my yard stating that they had treated it when in reality they did not. Sure, they supposedly sent another guy out after I complained but how many times has it happened when I didn't catch them. Untrustworthy! I do not recommend!
They show up and do nothing to your grass. Very disappointing. Caught everything on camera.
We paid for a yr service of lawn care and mosquito back in February 2021, the worst service I have ever paid for. I have had to contact them ever single month to get the services we paid for and then they still dont show up, completely dishonest and worst mistake ever. I have asked for the services to be cancelled and a refund but they still wont and keep saying they have a person scheduled to come out for both services and they still dont show up. I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone. You will get a better experience using a local non corporate lawn care company than you do using Tru Green.
