Worst service. They do not know on what type of Grass they are treating. Pathetic, inexperienced staff. Do not waste your money and time.

Horrible service . It’s a scam. I recently found that, no service done in my lawn but my card charged . I verified for last 3-6 months videos in my security camera , no once shown up on the day what invoice raised. It’s not reliable service and not recommending to anyone.
We have been using tru green for mosquito treatments since 2019. For the 1st 3 seasons we would have to call tru green to respray about every 10 days. My wife complained and this year all the sudden my plants are dying. After more research and checking cameras that I had installed. Try green was charging us full price then spending about 5 minutes and a half gallon of spray. Then this season the tech is actually spraying and has killed 4 trees and various plants so far. They are giving us the run around. They were supposed to send a supervisor today and sent a tech to spray instead. She actually took pics and said oh yea this is definitely tru greens fought. Still no help. Terrible company and there product will kill everything not just mosquitoes. Plants, trees, hummingbirds, bees. The company should be shut down nationwide.
