These folks come to your home chewing their tobacco and spitting all over. Every time I give them another try, the lawn gets worse. This year, I used their competitor and in just one treatment, my lawn is nearly perfect. I think Trugreen beefs up their business by wrecking your lawn and taking you through a grueling series of treatments over many months and then suddenly the lawn is good.

This is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. I had three appointments set up for my 1st application this year. They did not show up, email me or call me about not showing up - either before or after the scheduled appointment. Of course this is after they had been paid for a full season of lawn services. When pressed for an answer, they start lying that they did not have any appointments scheduled for me. They could care less about customer service. In fact, they say that an appointment is scheduled by their scheduler and then turned into their planning dept. who will decide whether or not to keep it. And if not they, don't even contact their service rep dept. The appointment is just forgotten about, When I ask to talk with a manager, they tell me that either they don't have one or they don't know when he will be in. The extremely poor service is almost better than being lied to. They don't see it like that.

This company has terrible customer service. One of their men came out to do our regular lawn service plus weed control. As he was spraying, it began pouring down rain. Not a light rain but a very heavy, blustery rain. I asked if he should stop and come back another day. He said it should be fine, just call if I have issues.

Well three weeks later we had issues. Broad leave weeds all over the lawn I spent hundreds of dollars working on our lawn all summer. Because I didn’t call within their two week “window,” there was nothing they could do.

I will NEVER hire Trugreen again. Our next property is 37 acres, dumb move on their part to not fix a simple problem.
