They never do our whole lawn, not for weeds or bugs. They always have to come back. They spend less than 10 min from driving up, ringing bell, getting equipment out and put away and driving away.

Hi Lisa, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our team has reached out and left you a message to better assist you. We look forward to hearing from you.
I signed up with trugreen this year and it was $10 for the original or the first time treatment. So the second time they come out it's $256 and I thought what in the world they said it is for your regular lawn treatment plus grub. If I would have known it was going to cost that much I would have said no way but it's set up on automatic payment so they took $256 out of my account. It's just wrong. They should tell you that before they show up and before they charge you that amount. It's just not right. I canceled it. People are always taking advantage its seems like so frustrating and upsetting.

Hi Karen, we are so sorry to hear this. Our team has reached out and left you a message to help reach a resolution. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with at this time.
If I could give a zero I would. Not a reputable company. I had them out for lawn service and they did a terrible job I cancelled their services and year later they send me text saying they are coming out to aerate the yard. I told them I don’t want them on my premises again. Do not use them.
