So far this has been a nightmare

So far this has been a nightmare. I needed someone to spray a few trees for bugs so purchased the service from trugreen. I informed them I NEEDED to talk with the tech before they did the service to show them which trees to spray. They did not call ahead and showed up at 7:15am and completed the service on "select plants." I have no idea what they sprayed. Getting them to call me back or speak to the service center is IMPOSSIBLE. About to reverse the charges on my card.

I received my fist "treatment" today

I received my fist "treatment" today. The technician spent 4 minutes 30 seconds at my house before he left after he told me they would treat my yard. There was no hoses or spraying. they did give me a receipt and put a sign out in my yard. I should have been suspicious about the hard sell for a year prepaid. I have canceled the service. If I dont get a refund, I will dispute the charge.
