After reading these reviews it is amazing how this company stays in business. I have called to have weed control done and nothing is getting done. Same as mosquito control. Talk to the sales rep and all I get is the run around. He tells me he cannot do anything, that I have to call an 800 number and they will take care of scheduling. I called that number and for 20 minutes I got 1 thing scheduled. I was told I was scheduled for mosquito control on Saturday, Then i received a call from Trudy saying they would be out on Friday for grub control nothing scheduled for mosquito or weed control. My lawn is ruined because of their awful service and business. Time to cancel my service and start doing it myself with Scotts which is fantastic.

After writing a detailed review of how you didn’t show up for our mosquito treatment before our daughter’s wedding you had the nerve to respond by asking for more information so you could right your wrong Portland,Maine.
Perhaps you should go back and read my review and count the number of times we contacted you about getting our mosquito treatment before our daughter’s wedding. Are you really that dense?
Why would we want to do business with you now when you couldn’t get it right the first time? Everyone will forever remember the True Green name and how miserable we all were at our daughter’s outdoor wedding.
Shameful, disappointing disgraceful
and extremely unprofessional!!!!!
