We were not contacted for 2024 season. We hired another company to do our lawn this season. The company we hired did a treatment 3 weeks ago then Trugreen came same week and spread their treatment on top without contacting us. Now our one acre lot is burning. Trugreen will not return our calls. Horrible situation and total crickets. We are fuming mad. Utah Trugreen is a total scam.

TruGreen Chem Lawn uses toxic and dangerous chemicals that turned my lawn into a bio weapon ... my landlord fertilized without my consent, and now my lawn is useless to enjoy and be on for myself and my dog, if I want to be safe from this cancer causing ... I would rather pull weeds than use a dirty bunch of so called lawn care specialists ... pure evil and disgusting. Disgraceful and you should be out lawed to put any of this poison in anyone's lwans.

I recently switched to tru green after hearing positive reviews about them. I paid up front for 7 services. My lawn looks worse than ever. Apparently I have only had 3 treatments with my last eight weeks ago. I spoke with customer service who told me to "relax" and they would come out in the next few days. They have no explanation as to why I havent been getting my treatments as paid for. James Rimkus was condenscending and told me his life history of working at a bank in customer service. I am not sure of the relevance of this other than him just talking. My weeds are proliferating and taking over my lawn. I cannot express how unhappy I am with this company and the service provided

For my first!! My first service.. I was told I would be text 24 hours before service as heads up. The day after I ordered service (mind you I was told they would be at my house for service in about a week) they show up without warning. I was going to mow my lawn today and had hoses out, pool toys, kids toys.. my garden was not covered and he sprayed! What all over my things!! My garden!! Are you kidding me! Or did not spray around all those things… and I paid for half service. I am soooo upset. Canceled my service. I will say the the customer service lady was extremely nice and really tried to help me.
