Strongly advise do NOT choose this company.

We were moving and canceled this service. This company continued to bill us despite acknowledging the service was canceled TWICE. They have now sent us to collections. It is far more expensive to fight it but we are not paying based on principle.

In 2018 my yard suffered from brown spots, weeds, and uneven growth. I called Trugreen and by the end of fall 2019, my yard was beautiful. So, I stayed with then during Covid in 2020. Once I was actually working in the front yard and received an email stating that they had completed the service. So I immediately called the office and reported the lie because I was not only home, but I was doing yard work. They took the fee off the prepaid service and sent someone out the following week to complete the service. Fast forward to 2021, I have had nothing but problems getting someone to service my property. I have more weeds now than I did before I started with them in 2018. I have called them repeatedly to get someone out and I get a different response with each call. I get " someone will call you back to schedule that service for you" or " due to Covid, we are backed up and cannot do follow up visits or get you in sooner than your scheduled visit ". Mind you during Covid onset, I had no problems with follow up visits. Also, the last treatment I had was June and I am told they came in a rainy day in July, but no evidence of them being here..no hang tag, no bill, no yard sign, too much rain. I have weeds growing along the front of the front of my house in front of the windows that even Ray Charles can see that the technicians won't treat. I have weed trees growing in my back yard.
I have weeds growing along my fencing line and taking over my lawn. Since I work from home,, I ALWAYS
ask to be notified when the technicians arrive so that I can point out the weeds since apparently they are not aware of what they look like. But, I can't seem to get any one to come to my home. Nevertheless, I have called every 2 weeks to get follow up visits and yet my yard has not been treated since June and it's not "scheduled" until August 31st.
My grass did so well in 2019 that neighbor started their service last year. Will call again tomorrow.
