Communication, friendly, David C in terrific!

If there were Zero stars I would give it. Killed my grass, kept spraying dead grass with no communication. Awful.

DO NOT USE TRUGREEN. The tech left digital notes indicating that he left messages for me at my home regarding my yard, however, he didn't. My yard as more weeds in it then when they started. The previous owner, Alan, told me to contact Chris Smith. The problem is that no one answers the direct lines to the local franchise so it all goes to the service center and they don't know Chris Smith. This is a terrible company. I was told that Chris would call me in 48 hours, but it hasn't happened. I will be canceling my service and writing a bad review wherever I can.

TruGreen did not even apologize. They continue to want me to continue the service without a guarantee that I will get the service that I would be paying for. Even when they were spraying my yard, the service never helped the condition of my yard.for years

Very dissatisfied , they send me a Text saying that the arrive, 1 minute later they tell me they complete the treatment, I was waiting in my back yard waiting for the guy to complete , when I went to the front of my house the guy just put the sign saying that the job was completed , and he take off

Purchase an ($800) “ONE YEAR” chemical treatment for Lawn, shrubs, & trees.
It included 16 treatments. They serviced my yard with ALL 16 treatments within 6 months. THEN BEGAN CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. WITHOUT NOTICE!
Spoke with 4 Trugreen people. I was told “they did nothing wrong because I “received a year’s worth of services”.
I replied “ in 6 months throughout fall and winter”. He said I got what I was sold.
A Smug representative from Trugreen just called me and he clearly wanted to argue his case. I hung up angry. He immediately called back. I didn’t give him a chance. He got full-blown angry woman words and I hung up. He clearly intended to harass me.
This is a scam. Do NOT Prepay. Do not use this company! They will finish your services as fast as they can, and start charging your card without notice. They will distress your lawn with this process.
During the 6 months they did service; My lawn went from beautiful to destroyed. I had to replace my lawn.
Trugreen is the worst company ever!

Review your Branch operations. Hire people who care.

I live in Clearwater, FL and I have used true green for over 18 months. It was ok at the beginning but after a few months my grass started to die. Their technicians are not knowledgeable and the supervisors don't solve anything. Not recommended at all.

TruGreen killed my lawn for $55.95 monthly!!! Customer service is the worst ever!! When I call to cancel the service, I was offer a field manager come check it out, so much concern about lawn was given during cancellation and other time they would leave a message for a manager…. BYE
