TruGreen took $1,800, no refunds.
TruGreen sold me on an annual package that included lawn care and the installation of grass plugs to thicken my lawn, for over $1,800. The technicians did not apply the chemicals as prescribed on the tickets printed, they did not do the entire yard each time, they accidentally killed good plants, then they would ask for a tip or money for lunch. I asked about the grass plugs and they said they don’t do that anymore. I cancelled my service since their service was horrible and they aren’t delivering what they sold me, and they won’t issue a refund. They are so bad, I cancelled all future pre-paid visits without receiving a refund! I’ve tried to contact management multiple times and get the same response, someone will call back in 48 hours. TruGreen does a good job selling and collecting money, and that’s where it ends.
