Your local technicians are excellent

Your local technicians are excellent! The Wilmington, NC field supervisor, Tanner, is excellent!
Your communications systems are questionable! I referred 2 local neighbors to join True Green in January! No One has followed through with the $100 referral card! Can’t reach anyone except your customer support one time in the Atlanta Office! No one & nothing has followed up!!!! Please have someone contact me!!! Jim Maxwell, 1208 Liset Court, Bolivia, NC.
