AVOID DO NOT FALL FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
Enquired about a hair system in December. They scheduled me in for a consultation at the start of January. Hair System arrived mid March. I was initially quoted 3-4 weeks. But as you can see above the process took 3-4 months to actually be completed. After waiting for so long and growing out my hair sides to match, I attended for the system to be fit. They cut it down till nearly nothing was left of it and the cut and system itself were terrible. The system stunk aswell, I can’t explain the smell but it’s vile. I was gutted to the core, chap who fitted it laughed and said if you need another you know just let us know. I drove home ripped it off and put it in the bin. Waste of £500 and waste of 3-4 months. Please do not fall for the tiktok/instagram crap. I assure you it will be nothing like this. I actually videoed the end result and have made it a mission to send it/show it to anyone that mentions this place or considers a system full stop.
UPDATE: There reply insinuating that I am an ex-worker is ridiculous. I can prove to anyone I am a real customer, bank statements the lot. Just shows the lengths they will go to, to avoid these reviews and hide how bad it is.

Simply amazing!
Been looking to have hair piece done and came across Tru Hair. The service from start to finish was simply amazing. Initial consultation was with Rachel who explained everything in detail and on the day of the fitting Kat did a excellent job. Highly recommended.

Review of my experience
I have been using Tru Hair for over a year now and I would like to say that the entire team are friendly, easy to talk to and are all hospitable. Tom is my regular barber and what can I say, he is genuinely a nice guy who cares about his clients, he always goes above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and leave feeling 10/10. He is easy to talk to, takes on board your thoughts and vision, isn't afraid to give his professional opinion, and always willing to go above and beyond for his client. I can honestly say that I enjoy all my visits with him and always leave feeling fresh to death.

Had a system fitted by Trent. Absolutely incredible job from start to finish and the cut is 10/10 every time, top lad top place couldn’t recommend Trent and tru hair enough everything spot on.

What an absolute Legend this bloke is put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door great advice and patience. It’s was a big change for me having this done and with Trent having this done to filled me with confidence it really does change your life. Always great to go back for the maintenance and a fresh trim always have a great experience and a right laugh. Kind, Funny and absolutely on top of his game he really is LEGEND

Great people great service
Got in 20mins early and was seen straight away by my stylist Kat who was giggling all the way through my system application. Great girl who made me feel comfortable and put me a ease.in total I was in the chair for around 2 hours and I walked out with a smile on my face and with the hair I wanted. The staff here are kind and very welcoming, I would recommend this place to everyone who fancied a change in confidence which was my reason.

WOW..
WOW... After many years of deliberation I'd finally bit the bullet and chose TRU Hair. From always wearing a cap now to getting my hair back. The whole team in this process had made me feel so welcome and I'd certainly recommend TRU Hair anytime. Kat was truly wonderful with the styling and a good laugh too.

The secrets in his hair!
Excellent experience with the team at Tru Hair. I was shocked by how good the colour match was, Rachel did a fantastic job.
The system was fitted by Trent, who was professional, down to earth, shared his experience and journey.
Since having the system, I have so much more confidence, I cant stop looking at my reflection.

5 Star service
Had the best fade I have ever had from Trent. The attention to detail is second to none. Plenty of banter and chat while having maintenance. It is the second time I was booked with Trent and it feels like I have known him for years.
All the team at truhair is great but Trent is a great asset to your team and I am hoping to get haircuts from him for years to come

Great First Experience
Had an amazing experience with Rob for my first ever hair system fitting due to chemotherapy. Really knowledgeable, kind, friendly and really took the time to understand what I needed and why. Would highly recommend!

Hair system fitted by Rob
From before my fitting date, the whole team were very helpful, talking me through the process. On the fitting day, Rob was great, done an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. Very glad I found Truhair, I will be using them for a very long time to come.
