Trulines レビュー

Great customer service - was kept up to date with delivery and really pleased with the bands.

Great service, dumbbells shipped and arrived within 30 days of ordering.

Great product, great communication very happy.

Received my 24kg dumbbells this week and love them! So easy to use and it's great to have so many weights in one so they don't take up much room and it means my boyfriend and I can both use them as they suit both our needs. Going to be looking into buying the kettlebell now :)

I had been looking for a pair of adjustable dumbbells for months! The only ones I could find were pre-owned and selling on eBay for ridiculous prices! Eventually, I came across Trulines website while searching. I have to admit I was rather sceptical as I couldn't find any reviews and could tell they were new from their Instagram account. But the website looked professional and there was something about them that made me think they look like a trustable brand. And they allowed return so I thought I'd take the risk. I'm so glad I did! The communication and customer service from the moment I placed the order has been exceptional. The dumbbells are top quality and it's so easy to switch between weights! They have also followed up multiple times to make sure I'm happy with the products and I don't have any issues. So nice to come across a brand with integrity who make customer satisfaction their priority during a time when most businesses are using the pandemic as an excuse for delays and poor service. It has certainly been the best money I spent in a long time.

Excellent customer service from start to finish I was kept up to date through out the process and everything was delivered quickly

A good experience from start to finish, from ordering to delivery. Delivery of goods within 17 days. So much shorter then the estimated 30. Good communication, immediate response and more importantly to the point. Highly recommendable.

Amazing service by the trulines team. They were easy to contact and always on hand to answer any questions. The dumbbells arrived earlier than expected and are very well built.

Great service. Cant recomend enough. Arrived ahead of schedule, well packaged, fair price and great solid dumbells. Cant review reliability as only had them a day but top marks for everything else. Thanks Trulines.
