Bought three items and I’ve never turned up absolute rubbish. I wish I’d seen all the reviews before I bought the products. They look great but have received nothing so far. No emails and we can’t access the website. I want a refund.

Terrible quality
The quality of the tee-shirt is awful, the logos are iron-on and sub-standard, the main image was blurred. A shame, because the idea is good but I didn’t wear mine, just threw it away.

I’ve reported this company through PayPal and have raised a scam alert, my money has been returned, as a vet myself I can tell you this company has nothing to do with veterans and no money has been sent to any of the charities that actually help. It’s a cheap Chinese scam company so be wary , if you buy after reading all these bad reviews then it’s on you

Pure scam take money never receive emails are bots!! Just saying the same thing over and over.
Absolute scam never received my order over 3weeks now no point even emailing them as you get the same answer each time saying its stuck at customs so DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! Not like using a uk based company!
First order was for a tee shirt ordered a large, what turned up was xxxL
Then ordered a cap, when it turned up was a different cap, not the one I ordered.
The company is in China, told me it was not my worth while to return items and offered a small discount. After I contacted them with legal action I did get my money back. I know things can go wrong but it’s put me off using this company

Items are made in China NOT by UK veterans.
Items are made in & shipped from China so how are they made by Veterans?
Quality is extremely poor (nothing like the photos) and even after they agreed a refund they did not honour that.
Do not purchase from this company.
The amount of bad reviews should give you an idea how bad they are.

Shocking customer service,AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I purchased a pair of shorts in L size but they are far too big so I emailed them to return and exchange.
Reply was it's too expensive to return asked me to give them away as a present for someone or 20% off next purchase.
If you try to reply a message tells you to reply above a line in the email, which is not possible.
An utter disgrace and now I'm stuck with shorts I can't use.

Print quality is absolutely rubbish..
Item took far too long to arrive.
Well over 2 weeks which suggests cheap imports.
Print quality backs that suspicion up and is absolutely pathetic...
I could do better at home 40 yrs ago as a teenager on my old screen printer
Print is out of focus, blurred is a good description,its like looking at the opticians eye chart without glasses and it hurts your eyes when trying to focus on it....
Poor, very poor, and i don't think its temporary quality control issue either as there are so many reviews like this over an extended period....
Unless they were to send me the item as the photos describe it in sharp focus. I wouldn't touch these again...
First time tried on today directly out of the packing and looks like it has been washed a hundred times..
The one star is for the fact that it fits!
