I worked with Abraham almost 2 years ago and at that time I did not qualify for any of the loan products. Even after I was denied Abraham informed me what steps I needed to take to qualify and was very pleasant. Most lenders once they deny you the customer service is non existent, but not Abraham. He was informative and kind after the denial. Once I worked on paying down my credit to bring my score up I reached back out to Abraham and this time I was approved by taking the necessary measures he told me to take to improve my credit score to qualify for loans on my investment property. Abraham went above and beyond to assist me both times and he will be my go to person for all my other investment properties. Amazing customer service with Abraham and the other staff members assisting me with the HELOC.

What I thought was a smooth process ended up being a nightmare filled with learning that all of the payoffs were sent to incorrect addresses by one of their lenders. This happened in spite of my providing correct addresses when I noticed them listed on documentation prior to clear to close. It wouldn’t be so bad if someone would take responsibility for the error and correct it ASAP, but of course I am being casted aside now that the loan has closed and funded within days.

Do yourself a favor and go with a company that prides themselves on being detailed oriented versus being able to close within days. I might as well went with the other company that I felt was taking too long to process as it appears that the payoff address errors will end up greatly extending the time my creditors will receive their payments which may translate into 2 months of additional payments to the company’s being paid off.

I am extremely disappointed and wish I would have rescinded and went with another company.

After months of getting the run around from my credit union, Truss closed on my loan two weeks.

Sometimes things that seems to good to be true are true. This is one of those instances. Start to finish and funded in 7days. Awesome

At the end of the day they closed my loan. The communication throughout the loan process was terrible. Their ability to meet reasonable deadlines was also poor. I do not recommend

The product itself is good and convenient since I did not have to provide bank statements or tax returns. The communication was horrible and the closing timeframe was misleading.

I realize that many people contributed to the loan process, but David Paulsen really stands out in my mind for his help. He guided me through the loan process and advocated on my behalf. He also quickly responded to the questions I had along the way, He was definitely there for me from start to finish...no one can ask for more than that!

Every thing was easy and between phone calls with live people and emails, it was easy.

Made it easy for self employed to get approved. Everything was seamless and team was responsive to any questions we had.
