Well for starters i bought a mouse pad and a wired mouse, after a couple months of use the mouse pad started to "melt" into my desk, leaving behind black rubber stains from the rubber under the mat, apart from that, the mouse shows a similar issue since it contains really low quality plastic or some kind of coating on top that leaves a smell in your hands, resulting in me having to scrub the mouse every once in a while in order to contain the issue.

Manuals for mouse are incomprehensible, even for something like changing the batter.
After 6 months mouse goes to sleep after less than 5 seconds and I have to press whell or button.

Don't buy trust 24651 keyboard, it's awful. It has 2 windows buttons (only 1 needed) and on the left side, fn and control is swapped (it might lead confusion and discomfort) Useless text on Q W E keys, esc makes you open of your browsing apps window (if i wanna escape, then let me do it!) (if this review has misspelling some words, then blame the keyboard because im using it now)

I bought a Trezo keyboard and mouse set. I plugged the keyboard and mouse adaptor into one of my usb ports and notice that the mouse pointer was disappearing and sticking at the top of the screen. Took the keyboard and mouse adapter out plugged it into one of my other computers and it did the same with that one as well. I have never had any problems with other keyboard or mouse sets in any of my USB ports. I took the product back and got my money back as for £40 you expect it to work from the start and not having to troubleshoot it to get to work. Furthermore, I ended up buying a Styletech keyboard and mouse set, and it works without any problems. It seems the Trust that used to be a good company has gone down the cheap Chinese product line.

All trust mouses are worthless garbage. They work only when they want to.

I dont know which is worse, the quality or the customer service, but they are both terrible.

We bought the Trust Ruya gaming chair for my sons Christmas through Argos. The chair is extremely comfortable and feels like excellent quality.
Unfortunately though, my son was swinging on the chair an hour after it was assembled and snapped the LED wire.
Trust customer service were helpful and efficient. I spoke with Jules and Ari and they sorted me with a replacement wire free of charge, which I didn’t expect but was a very kind gesture. My son was so happy to have it working again.
I’d recommend this brand to anyone looking for good quality gaming accessories.

Would almost consider a 4, but with their customer service I can't really do that. I did buy a mouse one time years ago that broke in a few weeks (side buttons broke), but at the same time I have a mouse of theirs that I owned even before that one which I am still using after 8+ years of owning it.

The reason I am giving 5 stars on top of that is because I have one of their emita 252 mic's, which I've also owned for 8-9 years that I got as a gift.

A few years ago a part broke off (BY USER ERROR) and I just made my own solution, but when that completely broke I decided to try my luck at getting a spare part from customer service. It took a few days, but thankfully without proof of purchase (since it was a gift) but supplying some pictures and explanations I got it sent at no charge and can now use my microphone as new again!

Overal, a lot of products, maybe a bit less so on the complete budget side, are of a very good quality and last a long time with proper handling in my experience!

Audio speaker= making noise, wireless mouse= can't click anymore. Cheaply made Chinese products that somehow are sold for too much money for the quality that they represent. Advise=Stay clear.

I bought some electronics from trust when it got delivered I noticed some broken electronics on some of the goods. I contacted support explaining that some broken goods are been delivered and I want send the broken goods and have a refund on the goods, I was told my money can not be refund. I tried contacting the support again but I was met with silence. At this stage of life, peace of mind matter most. Thanks to CENTURY and 100 I get my withdrawals without worry.

Trust Azor Keyboard = Waste of Money Keys 7‑0 don’t work. Bought through Very, but their phone line is blocked, and Trust only offers a useless text messages for “support.” Between a faulty product and zero help from either company, this was a complete waste of money. Avoid it. Pesonally they dont know what the word Trust means

Bought a set of Trust Zoxa GXT609 PC speakers 9 months ago. Already stopped working. They sounded good when they worked but to pack up after 9 months just indicates a poor product

i bought serveral computer mice from trust and every single one of them acts up after a few years in the same way all of them,
this to me seems like they are making them to break right after the incurrence runs out to get more money out of you wich is making me bust this scam

I was happy with the Trust GTX 144 Rexx for about five months until the scroll wheel stopped working. I bought it open-box on eBay, so no returns were possible. The mouse felt too small for my hand, and the middle scroll button was hard to press accurately. Overall, I’m disappointed and now searching for a better, larger mouse. 😤

baught this gaming mouse for my PC because I don't like the lightweight mice, feels great in the hand and the left/right buttons are textured which feels great, mouse pad that's included is great too, the mouse glides on it smoothly
