We had a large ivy covering a two storey wall and along a fence. They quoted and communicated really well while booking the job. On the day the team told us what to expect and kept us updated throughout the day. They worked really hard and cleaned up well afterwards. Great work.

Very happy with this business. Their communication was quick and clear, helpful and polite. The website is descriptive, and shows ballpark figures for ivy removal (which is what I needed). I sent pictures of the ivy, and was given a quote almost immediately, which fell within the expected bracket, pricing-wise. The business sent a polite reminder the day before the appointment. On the day, two very capable workers were sent, who worked efficiently and carefully, and did a great job despite the ridiculous heat on the day. They were very kind to my elderly mother, who was alone at the property on the day. I was issued an invoice same evening, with clear instruction and information on the bank transfer. All around a very satisfying and professional experience. I strongly recommend it.

They also fixed an issue that was causing flooding at the front entrance. The repair worked perfectly, and the problem has now been resolved. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and left everything clean and tidy.

Recently had Trusted Cleanerz out to my house to remove ivy that had completely covered the front of the house. I contacted them via email and was a given a quote. Communication with them was a breeze and they replied pretty quick. The day of the ivy removal two guys from TC come and explained what they were going to do. The transformation is amazing. They were very friendly and hardworking guys who answered any questions I asked. Would defiantly recommend Trusted Cleanerz to anyone who needs this service. You won't regret it!

I've used Trusted Cleanerz twice this week. Firstly to remove ivy that had worked it's way up to my roofline. They arrived promptly the day after my enquiry and did an excellent job. The communication was outstanding, keeping me informed at every stage. The quote was very reasonable too. They also cleaned all the gutters as a goodwill gesture.
I was so impressed with them I used them again a few days later to paint the front of the property. They provided me with images of different colours of paint and how it would look finished. They were prompt with all messages and replies, keeping me informed again at every stage.
Again an excellent job was done and they went above and beyond, even helping me to clear the front garden of shrubs and bushes and they painted all the top stones of the wall to match the black on the lintel of the windows.
Also as a gesture of goodwill they washed all the gutters, facias and windows. They were polite and friendly and worked non stop all day. Arriving promptly on time and clearing everything away at the end of the day. They didn't leave until I was 100% happy with the job. They also touched up some spots of paint at the back of the house as the colour was the same and they were so polite.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again without hesitation.

I had my ivy growing on my brick house wall. I thought its very aesthetic but it has grown too far and ivy damaged my roof tiles and made my walls damp. I messaged this company, sent them pictures of my problematic ivy and they issued quote within 2 hours. Price was very good also. Those men from Trusted Cleanerz Ltd did fantastic job, they took extra care and completed the job with no mess left behind.

Had a large amount of ivy removed completely from the other side of my back wall. Job completed and managed well. Really appreciate it when a job is done well and on time and sticking to the quote

A very Good caring, Friendly company, I had my Gutters and Windows cleaned by them and the Moss removed from both sides of my roof and they did a very good, effective Job and did it on the same day. they removed 99.9% of the Moss from the roof, and cleaned the drains as well. The price of the work they charged was the industry average and was very reasonable indeed, I would certainly recommend this firm to family and friends and I would most certainly use them in the future, if you want a good, effective job doing you need to be prepared to pay and as I have said their charges are very reasonable.
