Nick took his time and is honest - he and Magnolia have done inspections for my clients as well as our own recent purchase. He took his time, explained what he found and went over the inspection report with us. Answered all our questions. Great company and they offer other services as well.

Excellent Customer Service and Very Thorough
Our inspector was very detailed and when there was an issue with the termite inspection, the team at Magnolia was quick to get it sorted out for us, even paying out of pocket to make sure we got our report on time.

Great Service & Resource
We were introduced to Magnolia Home Inspections via our real estate agent during the purchase of our first home. We didn't know what to expect, but Magnolia's email and text communication was always very prompt and informative. They provided updates throughout their process and we received our final inspection report quickly. The report was thorough and included helpful suggestions, resources, pictures, and videos. We received a pre- and post- report follow up with additional contacts for contractors, customer service, and other homeowners resources. They definitely take pride in their work and it shows.
