Realeble company, good communication and professional.

Always there to answer your questions. Very supportive and flexible. Would be good if they could provide more training/ qualification like how to use a hoist.

I have worked with TrustOnTap over a year now and the management have been supportive in terms of finding work and they are always available if I need help regarding my work

TrustonTap is the best care company I have used so far and I have needed care for the last 25 years. The carers are trained to a high standard and those I have met so far have all been very kind and respectful.

this company is wonderful,just a phone call away if needed, Debbie, Karen and Petra looked after my husband for a few years , they were fantastic, very kind, and thoughtful, and did a really good job.

I worked with Trust on Tap for over three years , and I can honestly say that had it not been for my own unfortunate hip replacement that went wrong , I would still be employed by them .
Management is approachable and staff members closely monitored without feeling that they are not being appreciated . I will always refer patients and carers to their company

Trust on Tap is very good at finding me work, training me and giving me useful up to date information. They give health and Covid updates and advice us regarding how to support clients with different needs.
