I just wanna Say, NuroLexa should be more faster with Test Results. I had to wait 1 day for booking confirmation and another 2 days for getting certificate.

Kwalitaria in Zwijndrecht, op een avond daar twee loempia menu's special besteld. Het was niet om te eten,ik had zelf 1menu gevraagd patat zacht graag.Nu in dit geval was alles zacht .Behalve een uitgedroogde plak ham op de loempia waar ook geen smaak aan zat,dan durft hij ook nog eens 2.50 EUR voor bezorgen te vragen,schandelijk mensen TRAP niet in deze zaak.In Zwijndrecht zijn er gelukkig nog genoeg goede zaken ,waar je eten kan bestellen, en geen bezorgkosten hoeft te betalen.

The first response is always NO unless you send hours on a call challenging you claim.

John Lewis returns - think again!
John Lewis are absolutely shocking special during these uncertain times, they simple do not care about their customers.
They were actually happy for me to go ahead and write a bad review about them! Which for me speaks volumes in that all they care about is money and not a solution.
Having been passed around five people and I asked to speak with the ‘Customer Service’ manage on duty, but was told they didn’t want to speak with me as they didn’t have anything else to say - absolutely disgusting. All I wanted was an exchange. I even gave them possible solutions which they disregarded. This day in age, how big the company is and especially during these uncertain time and the fact they are still doing click and collects, they couldn’t arrange an exchange on a faulty product that I brought in store.
Apparently my daughter has to now wait until the shops are open to play with here wooden tea set she got for Christmas!
So annoyed as I thought John Lewis were better than this. They are not the caring and kind company I thought they were.
Would certainly now shop elsewhere which is a shame.

Yet again Three Mobiles are trying it on told me to end my contract it would be £35.32 which they took out 2 September. Then they sent a bill for £29.99 to be paid on 15 September, on the 7th September Thayer tried to take that out. If I had not stopped my Direct Debit they would have taken that as well. When I got in touch I was told they need to pay me the money back so I need to set my Bank details up. Just to say I will not be giving them any details as they aren't to be trusted.

The lead fitter Darren and trainee were a pleasure to have in our home, not only did they do a wonderful job but they were polite and courteous. Bought six Flower Fairies from Olive and Sage. They are beautiful. Great quality and delivery fast. I have them sitting in my garden next to my waterfall/fountain and they just look magical. Terrible company!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! My order still says in preparation, has been for over two weeks, messaged multiple times and I was told I would hear back in a couple of days, guess what? I didn't , messaged again, they said they would raise the issue with the manager heard nothing again, I rang them they were so unhelpful and useless. They said I would get a refund because the supplier hasn't got the item I ordered, hopefully I'll get the refund but I don't see it as they are completely useless. all the other reviews are saying similar to what happened to me, avoid this company

I attempted to contact a variety of retailers and I have only actually have received communication from David Page at Bensons for Beds.
Having lost a receipt for a bed I purchased for my son last year and wanting the same bed for myself, I looked online & found it at Bensons for Beds.
David Page has gone out of his way to find my previous purchase and kept me informed by several email messages. David also recommended two beds I may have had interest in. Finally it was discovered I had purchased the original bed at another retailer.Having admitting this to David he has still offered to support me in my search, however, the recommendations are out of my price range. You get what you pay for & although I can not make a purchase, I received outstanding service from David. Thankyou
Klarna's broken laxity and ARC Europe threats
After I phoned Klarna about an issue where someone had stolen my identity using a fake email from ...@saintly.com. It would be laughable if it were not true. I phoned Klarna’s customer service department and they assured me they had many such cases and I should ignore the statements they had sent because someone was making many such fake purchases.
I reported the crime to action crime after several attempts.
The latest is they appointed ARC Europe as a debt collector. Klarna has never told me what the alleged goods are I am supposed to purchase. Until I received a Klarna’s statements I had never heard of Klarna, nor had subscribed to them via the fake ...@saintly.com email. So I contacted Klarna once more and this time I was transferred to the Security Department who realized a fraud had taken place when I explained men do not use expensive hair strengtheners from women’s hair salons. I gave them my Action Fraud crime reference. Then they asked me to phone ARC Europe the debt collector. Finally, all has gone quiet and I hope the issue is finally resolved.
There should be LAWS to stop such companies from threatening people out of the blue.

Can't be trusted to pay in time
I am not a customer, but a freelance contractor of this company, desperately trying to finally get paid overdue invoices. Yet so far, only delaying tactics from the payment department. To not pay your contractors in time is, IMHO, rather unethical. Which puts in question the whole TRUST of Trustpoint.
