If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid £350 for a replica Rolex for a present for my son which kept stopping from day one and then one of the number spots fell off the dial. Tried contacting Andrew for a refund but no response of course. My own stupid fault for falling for the hype although in my defence my partner had bought from him before and not had an issue. Never again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Would be -10 stars if that were possible. Shocking service, I've been waiting months for an order to arrive. Andrew, the chap in charge, just blames the factory....avoid avoid avoid. Never had this problem with QE Watches.

Literally the rudest person ever. I’ve ordered at least 3 watches in the past without issues until now. Reached out several times without a reply. Finally got a response so I sent pics of items and received a dismissive response telling me to look at his site. Basically did not want to even attempt to help me find these watches. So I said ok I will find another site. He replied with a heart emoji. Disgusting behavior and should not at all be selling anything. Imagine treating a return customer like that.

Ordered a Rolex GMT for 600 dollars arrived after a few months as I wanted a specific factory. Worn only half a dozen times when out for meals etc. Bezel insert fell out after only the 7th time of wearing. This is not acceptable for a 600 dollar watch and Andrew would not help in any way just accusing me of impact damage which is complete nonsense. On the look out for a better dealer if any knows one give me a shout.

After ordering my first watch some days later I was told not in stock. Took a while to find another watch I wanted but it was $20 more and they wouldn’t waive this even after the inconvenience. Once a replacement watch was agreed it then took weeks and weeks to arrive. The tracking details they sent didn’t work so it just randomly turned up in terrible packaging. Then once I reviewed the watch the quality of the metal wasn’t great and, well it didn’t work. It’s automatic, I’ve tried everything but the second hand just twitches and doesn’t move. I sent email, with pictures and video and no reply at all. Total rip-off

This has the same whatsapp number as Trustytime.xyz This is just a copied website , As Jtime is also Jtime.io is the real one. All others are scam You can order but you order will never arrive. So be warned
