Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for sharing your experience.

We’re sorry to hear that the sizing didn’t work out as expected for your son. Could you email us at td@trutex.com with your order number, your son's age, and chest/inside leg measurements so we can suggest the correct sizes to order. It would also be useful for us to check the size guide is correct as we sell a high volume of these items with the size guide being accurate for them. We would really appreciate this. When you email, if you could include comments that this relates to your TrustPilot review we will know it is you.

Thank you for leaving a review. I trust that the return was a smooth transaction; sorry to hear that the sizing didn't meet your expectations. If you could email td@trutex.com with your child's measurements we can point you in the right direction for their size. Our shirts are sold in chest size as opposed to ages.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the delivery experience.
While we don’t have direct control over the courier’s delivery attempts, we do take these issues seriously and will report this matter to them, along with our apologies on their behalf.

I’ve discussed your order with our Customer Services team, who did respond on two occasions. Someone will also be in touch with you by phone to discuss this further. In the meantime, please could you check your junk or spam folder, just in case our replies were filtered there.

Regarding the return, the courier attempted delivery but were unfortunately unsuccessful, which resulted in the parcel being returned to us. A refund was processed for this order on 13/03/26.

If you need any further information or support, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we’re always happy to help.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review — we’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations.

I’ve taken a look into the order linked to your review. This was placed on 29/03/26 at around 4pm, dispatched the following day (30/03/26) and delivered on the morning of 01/04/26. As this was received within 48 hours of ordering, I just wanted to double‑check whether your comments might relate to a different order number, as we’d like to make sure we’re looking into the right one for you.

Regarding sizing, I can see that you ordered our non‑iron blouses. We do include a detailed size guide with these, along with helpful tips and feedback from parents who generally find the garments fit true to size. The guide explains how best to measure and includes chest measurements in both inches and cm, as well as arm length and an age guide. However, we completely appreciate that sizing can feel different for everyone, so if there’s anything you feel could be improved upon, we’d genuinely welcome your feedback.

We didn’t hear from you about the sizing or delivery prior to your review, so please do feel free to get in touch with us at td@trutex.com. One of our friendly team members would be very happy to talk everything through with you and see how we can help.

I can confirm that the returned blouses were only received by us this morning. Your refund has already been processed ahead of our maximum 14-day refund policy and should be in your account in the next day or so.

We are very disappointed to see that you have left two 1 star reviews regarding our customer service.

I have checked your account and can see that you emailed us on Saturday 14th March. Our Customer Service Team replied on Monday morning requesting images so that we could investigate the issue further. You then emailed again on 23rd March advising that you hadn’t received a reply, so we re sent the original response and replied to you straight away.

Could you please check your junk or spam folder in case our emails have been filtered there?
