Tru Water are a Scam! I've been waiting since the 14th May 2023 for my filter and todays date is 15 December 2023 and I still haven't received it even after numerous attempts to contact them. It's a scam so I recommend you don't place an order with them.

$372.71 lost to this co. in June 2022

Told there was a delay in shipping of stock.

They actually have the nerve to send me marketing emails.

If we ever get the chance to sue the co. from NZ I will happily cooperate.

2 months and no order. previous order was fine. This has to be a SCAM

They took my money in February 2022 for 2 water filters & never sent the filters, I'm still waiting for them !
this company is a scam, buyer beware !

I ordered samsung water filters more than a month ago.
I didn't even receive any information about status of my order. No one is replying on-line queries.
Live-chat function doesn't work.
There is not phone number to contact.

OVERALL, EVEN ONE STAR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS COMPANY. SIMPLY HOPELESS

Made an order. Never turned up. Chased up the order, didn't reply. Gave them a call. Their number didn't exist.

No product, no communication. As others have said, I wish I found this review page before ordering but the website looked legitimate. Lucky I didn't wait too long to contact my credit card agency and will get the transaction reversed.

DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND GOOGLE THE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES SO MANY OTHERS HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company has no scruples and is seemingly run by criminals.
We purchased a 3 way tap from their NZ site 3 months ago now, and to date have received zero correspondence.

I have cancer and needed a water filter for both peace of mind and the fact that being on chemotherapy has changed the way our tap water now tastes.
Getting ripped off over $300 Australian leaves a more horrid taste in my mouth than the chemotherapy drugs...

The NZ Commerce Commission has really dropped the ball with this company.

Place an order on 18 April 2023. Haven't heard back - as other customers complin, they "delay" the processing of an order over the period in which a bank refund is possible. Never heard back from them. It is shame this is happening in New Zealand, a country which should have better consummer protection laws.

Product never arrived. Phone number was disconnected. Fortunately bank reversed the payment. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

These are scam artists that exploit a legal loophole. If you have ordered from them they will send you back a generic email saying they will get into contact soon, this is to stall you so that after a certain period you cannot request a refund from your bank. If you have ordered from them call your bank immediately and ask for the refund branch. Give them evidence you have contacted them and you should be able to get your money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT

SCAM!!!! I am warning - DO NOT purchase from this website. The products are non existent and are not in stock so will never arrive, multiple promises but after months nothing and then will have to get money back with a credit card dispute through your bank. There has even been an FAIR GO programme on how they have been scamming New Zealanders, please google this as I cannot attach the link. I am shocked they are still operating and have not been shut down. There is also a warning on the NSW Australian Government website regarding this company. They are also known to double charge your credit card so I had to cancel my credit card once I found this out, they will also avoid giving any refunds. Hopefully this review will save you money, time and stress.

Item ever arrived after multiple emails. Scam artists.

Ordered Jan 2023, can't get a response after multiple emails over the last 8 months. I'm going to make it my life's mission to find these f*****s and key their cars. Karma will catch you.

Goods never arrived and they don't respond to email or answer their phone number.

Zero stars - literal thieves. Do not buy from them, you will never receive the product. Impossible to contact.

2 Months with nothing. Ordered on the 15th of June. Nothing as of 10th of August. No emails back. NZ number is disconnected.

Ordered Nov 2022 and no response despite mutiple emails. NZ phone is disconnected and email box is full so emails bounce back. Don't waste your money or time.
