Unfortunately, I read reviews on truwater after I purchased my filter and $20 shipping costs.
The only email I have had replying to my attempts was to tell me they had received my order and were processing it - 2 months after the initial order. Fast forward 3 months, still no product, no reply about a refund and no way to get in touch with them at all.
They should be shut down.

I was scammed by them just like you.
I ordered the product in January and they only tease me.
I requested a refund to ANZ card a month ago. And I got a refund.
I blocked my debit card. I was afraid they'd send me a strange item and take the money back from my bank account.
I saw their advertisement on YouTube today. I reported them. I got a email from Google that they've been reported.
I hope you guys go into YouTube and report it. Let's get them out of business.

Goods ordered not received, Take a weeks to respond.
Ordered and paid for parts. 4 weeks later stock has still not been posted. After re-requesting order, they say they are shipping out the next week. 5 weeks later, they tell me stock has a delay. 2 weeks later after re-requesting again, I have been told it could take up to 2 weeks for refund to be processed, IF refund is approved. Nearly 90 day process, i'm out of pocket and have not received product.

SCAMMERS , Fair Trading Australia should be ashamed of their staff allowing this Fraud to continue , this company has no intention of supplying orders that have been paid for up front . typical "PONSEY SCHEME "
Take money from 10 customers and supply one order only out of 10 , and 9 miss out !!!! They pocket the cash . Very low act , but typical of this type of low life in our business world . Shame Shame Shame

They are an untrustworthy company. I ordered fridge filters in January and have had so many follow ups with them via email, chat and phone call and despite all promises that goods have been shipped, I have not received the items. They have now stopped responding to my emails and follow ups.

They are a bunch of crooks.

Scammers. They sent me a message a month ago, saying my product was on its way. Liars, cheats, scammers.

While the products they sell are fine, the customer service is non existant and speaking to someone/anyone is impossible and they just plainly don't care.
I was waiting 3.5 weeks for my water filters to arrive. No correspondence from them at all. I left a message on their chat line(it's the only way to contact them). After a few days they said they would send it out at the end of the week. So nearly 4 weeks from ordering.
That's not good enough in the year 2021. You either respond to customer demand or you die.
Unacceptable. And no correspondance from them at all.

The same experience as everyone else, we have been charged $722 for a watercooler, it hasn't arrived, no response from multiple inquiries. It's bizarre that they can keep their website up and keep ripping everybody off.

If you're also been scammed by them, I suggest:
Credit card chargeback, ASAP
Report them to the Commerce Commission
Report their adds to Google
Contact fraud section of your Bank.

This may stop them from ripping other people off?

Agree with the last comment. Zero service, wouldn't deal with them again. Placed an order 19/1/21 have yet to receive a reply either by phone or email. Poor or non existent correspondence. There are more reliable companies out there.

Useless and slow. Never use them. Never.

If I could put a minus star I would. Placed an order with Truwater NZ 07/01/21, still waiting 24/20/21. Contacted them 3 times and received all sorts of excuses. I have approached my bank for a credit card reversal. Needless to say don't trade with this company.

Do not deal with online retailer True Filter Group Pty Ltd. We have received more than 120 complaints about the water systems and accessories supplier since September 2015. Complaints from consumers suggest the business is misleading their customers by selling generic products advertised as brand name goods.

The worst company Ive ever dealt with product never arrived dispite constant contact with their oneline customer service dept. Thank goodness for credit card reversal

There is NO customer service at this business. I placed an order for a replacement under sink filter on 11/01/21 and have still not received it as of 16/2/21. This is despite being assured by online chat that it would arrive before the end of January. My order was placed as an urgent order because my old filter was leaking and now it’s blown off, so I cannot use the tap. They take over 5 days to respond to emails. They take your money but don’t deliver the products in a timely manner. AVOID

Very Very Very bad they are absolutely fraud, My order was late over two months, no one answering online chat and their phone has only auto voices to let you leave message, can't even ask money back!!!!banks should ban this fraud company!!!don't spend any money with them!!!!!!!

Absolutly gobsmacked how this company is still operating when all the authorities have known about the hundreds of people including myself for the last 4 years who have been blatently robbed of there money. Ive been through the whole process like hundreds before me and even the reported to a number of media stations but nobody seems to want to know??? All the banks etc should have this company blacklisted and refuse to allow payments to them. So much for consumer rights , as a diasabled pensioner i have been robbed of a months payment and nobody can help

I have been chasing my order for months that was placed and paid for in August last year. Phone number only lets you leave a message and no one phones back, emails are ignored and live chat keeps promising the warehouse is about to dispatch the items but that never happens. I feel I should contact the fraud office and police.

Absolutely do NOT buy from this company. Ordered a water filter in May 2020, paid, and no correspondence. They they couldn't deliver and tried to get me take an alternative which i declined and asked for money back. I sent 12 emails asking to cancel the order and for my money back. No answer. Had an email saying it was about to be dispatched from Australia in December. Emailed again asking them not to send and for a refund - no response. Dispatch notice received this week for something i have spent 8 months trying to get my money back for. Absolute thieves.

Absolutely most useless company ever placed order 29th November still nothing have contacted was told being sent week of December 9th still nothing contacted early January and was told we are not open will be sent week 11th January and they would send email when sent now jan 21 not sent and trying to get money back most useless company ever just wish I could leave this on their webpage reviews

Thieves, NSW Govt warns not to deal with this company, NZ Fair Go has multiple complaints against Tru Water. Check online reviews! Paid money, not receive order after 3 months. Impossible to contact, don't answer Emails, Chat gives automated response, NZ Ph No. is automated answerphone.
