The wrap doesn't work well at all. It leaked after the third use and didn't get better. Make sure to use a towel or cloth so you don't stain your sheets. There was no way to keep it from staining my shirts though. The straps also aren't great to hold the pack in place. I didn't love that the oil comes in a plastic bottle and that it's so small.
I am still going to continue with the pack using a different castor oil brand and wrap, but I wouldn't recommend Eden Labs.
Also, heads up that if you purchase during a sale, they don't honor the 90-day back guarantee, which is a big red flag for me.

I was surprised at how quickly my order arrived. Hazel was very helpful. I am looking forward to trying this product. I’ve read a lot about it.

I never received my order. Communication via email was not satisfactory, it seemed a machine kept writing the same thing over and over again. No follow ups, no reimbursement for zero product- nothing. No customer service at all. However 120 dollars were deducted from my account for which to this day I have seen no reimbursement for.

The product was nothing like what was advertised. No organic certification and was clearly not cold press and clearly with parfum. I know how a real castor oil look like, smells and flow. And that was not it. Not even the packaging. All gone to the trash, assuming my fault to trust such an agressive social media advertising campaing.

I ordered the EdenLabs product online and did not wait long to receive it. Ella was very helpful and prompt in corresponding. Packet was as described in ads. It was in all a very smooth transaction.

I wrote to the customer service email asking about my package that appeared to have gotten lost in the mail based on the tracking info I had. Ella responded quickly and explained the process. She then went the extra mile to update me a few days later on the progress of my package and let me know when it was delivered. She asked that I confirm the package was received in good condition. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days so I really appreciated her friendly and efficient responses. Thank you Ella!

I purchased these because they were advertised as organic, but the products arrived without any organic certification. This is misleading, especially for customers who rely on certified organic items for health or sensitivity reasons. Also, be aware that the bottles are TINY - 2 oz plastic bottles. I contacted customer service and they said that my items were considered a "final sale".

I waited one week or more for Eden labs castor oil it supposed to be organic when I opened a package. It was all leaking the bottle the bag it was an empty bottle. The whole bag was full of oil. Packing was horrible. I wanted my money back they said sorry we can’t return your money back but will send you another. I said no I do not want another. They’re fake. The castor oil is fake. It’s not organic comes in a plastic bottle and it leaked all over the bag. It is floated in the bag do not order from Eden labs the castor oil. It’s a scam.

I recently ordered from Edenlabs for the first time. I ordered a bottle of castor oil and it was to come with pack including ties so that it would not stain the sheets.
Upon arrival I didn't notice immediately I did not get the pack. But then I contacted customer service and Hazel was very helpful. She was right on getting another sent out and followed up with me through the whole process. It was very reassuring and I felt that this company really cared about my concerns and welfare

Product Castor oil is organic and cold pressed which gives a higher grade to the product looking forward to being on this for a couple weeks tp see some real results.

I've already seen positive results with this product! Highly recommend.

I love the simplicity of this protocol. I personally apply the oil right to my skin and then put the wrap on. It doesn't distract me at all sleeping at night. This is a better way then the castor oil packs I did previously. Thank you

I have been using my wrap from Eden labs for 2 weeks and am completely satisfied I toss and turn at times but the wrap stays in place. Loving the results.

I've tried other applications of castor oil on flannels. They were messy. Dripped. What to do with the oily flannel? My experience with Edenlab's castor oil & pad is a total WIN! Not messy. No drips. The pad stays in place in spite of my thrashing sleep patterns. Edenlab's instructions are clear, easy & work well. I'm delighted to have found a way to continue this healthy application! Thank You!

The bottle is not glass. Their refund policy is a scam, must be returned in original packaging, how can you try it if you don’t open the box and bottle. Their email address is unknown and my email to them was returned as unknown address. very angry and disappointed, don’t buy castor oil from them.
