Claims money back guarantee, read the detail and that involves you paying to send it to China, with warning it may not arrive and they may not receive it. As you can see from here, their website and Facebook reviews are fake

Piece of rubbish..Very sore on teeth and the jaw..Keeps falling out and is totally of no use to anyone..Save your money and don't buy this contraption..If your curious about devices like this then do yourself a huge favour and buy a similar product from ebay for a few quid and not £40 on this crap..

worst thing I ever used, I stop two months ago and my jaw still hurts, they have fake reviews and they never bother to return any refund, Stay away from this junk product .
SCAM!!
As you can see, this mouthpiece started falling apart on its own about a week after using it. Soothie is now saying I'm at fault for their product being defective saying I messed up the boiling process. What do they do, they offer me a 20% discount for another one! I ask for a refund and now they are offering me another one free of charge. I want my money back. This "business" is a scam. Their phone number goes straight to a "We're sorry" voicemail and emailing takes them days to get back to you if you harass them! Avoid this product at all costs! Spread the word. I'm contacting the BBB as well since they aren't refunding me as "guaranteed"

Avoid. They are putting fake reviews on their website. They have used an image of Vik Veer (ENT surgeon) under a different name with a fake review. Vik just posted a screenshot to his YouTube community.
