I ordered Feb 21 2026. As if March 30th, I have no product they have my $58.00 and they keep making excuses. It doesn't even have a shipping label yet. WHAT A SCAM

Waited over a month for the face mask. Tried it this morning. Was not pink. Hard to fit to face and tears easily. Not worth the money or the wait. Definitely not as advertised.

It's very fragile and rips off easily before applying on the face. It took almost 21 days to arrive order. The box was merged, and filling was overdone ( Bulging)

Youth has effective products. I deducted 1 star for the long wait to receive order in the mail from over seas. Otherwise grateful for the quality products. Thank you

Do not buy from them. I ordered and never got the product. They are hard to communicate with and they don’t send u the products.

Im starting to believe i been scammed my order still haven't arrived and when I track it I get tracking number doesn't exist on usps but when I track it on the website it says it's been delivered or it and exception

Never received my product. Asked for refund being I never received my order and……… crickets. Amazing how they never respond. Very frustrating, not a top notch company in my opinion.

Did a one time only!! Paid higher price for one time only . Company charged again on auto ship. Unable to call Unable to claim/ file for refund. Email no response. Phone number on web site will not dial goes to no call. Help need refund

ordered Youth Skin freeze-dried eye patches without realizing it was a subscription. Before I even received my first order, the second shipment was already confirmed. I contacted customer service immediately, but they refused to cancel the second order—even though it had not shipped yet. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and frustrating to deal with.
When I finally received the first order, I was shocked by the packaging. The patches came in small, unlabeled baggies with no product description, no ingredient list, and no instructions. Because of this, I was not comfortable trying the product. I requested a refund, but they refused to honor it. They also would not refund the second order, which I still had not received at that point.
Additionally, the product description is misleading. It states that you receive 10 patches, but in reality, you only get 5 usable eye patches. They count the freeze-dried patch and the backing patch that holds it on your eye as two separate patches.
Between the deceptive subscription, poor customer service, questionable packaging, and misleading product claims, I will never recommend this product or company.

The freeze-dried piece of the eye mask comes apart in your hands. I've tried several different ways, but the white freez-dried piece crubbles when you tried to get it out of the package. Further - I've cancelled my subscription, but received another package in the mail the other day. I trust I will not receive any further packages.

fantastic glass like results

My family and friends are shocked by my results. My face is plumper, brighter and more hydrated looking. I’m a huge promoter of this product. It really works!

I really love what it does to my skin unfortunately the masks rip really easily making them often just wasted and unusable…. :(

This mask is dripping with product and leaves my skin feeling luscious. I wear it with a night silla one mask so it stays in place and in the am my face is hydrated and refreshed.

I never received my order and can’t for anyone to help with this
