Awesome customer service!!
I loved these shoes, but they were more of a bootie and were uncomfortable and tight around the ankle. I reached out to Customer Service (Emma) and she offered to send me a replacement pair free of charge and allowing me to donate the original pair. Can't wait to get my new shoes!

The shoes I order were a size to big and they are sending me a smaller size at no extra cost to me. They were quick to get back to me and help slove the problem.

Just received my shoes and absolutely love them.. Had an issue when I first placed my order, I sent my son’s address instead of mine and they were able to change the address and they arrived at my address. Great customer service !!!
Exchange made so easy
The size i ordered was actually too large. I contacted BAREVITA asking about their return/exchange policy and explained I needed a smaller size.
Emma responded so quickly! I was expecting to receive a reply within 48-72 hours, but her reply was less than two (2) hours.
They are replacing both pairs I ordered with the correct size at no charge to me and I was told to keep the original order and donate.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that is truly kind and provides exceptional customer service.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Barevita earned this one.
I ordered my usual size and it ended up being slightly snug. I reached out to customer support and they responded the same day. Clear instructions, no runaround, and the exchange process was straightforward. That kind of responsiveness matters.
As for the shoes themselves — I wear them for work and weekend errands. They look completely normal with jeans or chinos, but they feel more stable than most sneakers I’ve owned. After longer days, my feet feel noticeably less tired.
Very comfortable
I’ve been dealing with nerve sensitivity in my feet for a few years now. The hardest part hasn’t even been the discomfort — it’s feeling like my only options were shoes that looked medical or bulky.

In a time of chaos (during the Christmas season) I ordered the buy one, get one shoe special deal. I received prompt delivery; however, both pairs of shoes were the same color. (I may have even, inadvertently, accidentally ordered the same color). I contacted customer support, explained the situation. They were kind enough to send me a replacement pair in exchange. And, they suggested I keep the one pair of shoes! That's what I call excellent service, good customer care. This is something that has been declining over the years in the U.S. Thank you, once again, for the excellent service!
