Tracking said my order was delivered yesterday...it wasn't. Tried emailing them today and it bounced back. I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered. I think it's a total scam 🤬

The product I ordered Blushe mascara was not what eventually arrived . The product I received was called something hard to read. Looked like “lifteyou”
Total waste of money . Never got ant reply from my compliant. Buyer beware !

this company is awful, and likely a scam. ordered from an online promo, nothing has been delivered, and order tracking fails. sent them an email asking for a refund. given other reviews, i'm not hopeful.

Ordered on 21 August. Still stating „in transit“. Wondering whether I fell for a scam.

Delivery has taken weeks and still not arrived. Emails to their support e-mail bounce and have sent queries online that are ignored. I think the site is a scam site

I have not received a tracking number and when I try iam directed to foreign carrier which tells little except my item originated from China. Which I thought I was getting Korean product. But nonetheless I have nothing and no word when it will get here. Feels like a scam

Was supposed to be buy one get one free. Thats why I purchased the mascara. I only received one tube of mascara. False advertising.

They are misleading. There is a "most popular" buy one get one free offer and you click this as add to cart. They only send 1 though. I queried this and they said you need to add another code at checkout but this is not made transparent anywhere. So be careful.
Edit..since I posted this and I commented a couple of times on their adverts on Facebook they have offered to send the extra one out to me so upgraded to 3 stars as they initially refused. The product itself is nice.

Never received order. Delivery service stated they delivered to “other secure location” but no clue where that is. Company is unresponsive when requesting assistance, reorder or refund after multiple emails.
