OK.....There are a lot of people saying that they did not receive their orders, I too was one of those people, it took nearly a month to receive my order, and they then charged me for a top up order with an email stating that I had been taking Boostiva for a month?! I will agree that they are slow at delivering their product and that is something they need to fix ASAP. I however DID receive all of my order even though it did take a while. As for whether it works or not? I have not finished my 1st month as yet and they do say that one month is around when you should feel the effects that they claim so I am still getting to that point, BUT, I have to say that my energy levels are more sustained throughout the day and I don't have as much "brain fog". Placebo effect? Only more time will tell I guess!!!

We placed an order 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. According to the website shipping takes 7-10 business days and we have doubled that waiting patiently. We were charged for a second order today and we are no longer waiting. We have requested a refund for both orders. If we do not receive the refunds we will be contacting our bank directly to have the charges disputed.

Virtually no service, order never arrived, I had to contact my bank to get my money back and then they wrote to me. I strongly advise against it

I never received my order and now they have charged my card for another order.

After reading some damaging reviews on here I thought I'd contact the store directly.

I sent an email on the 25th Feb 2026 explaining that I had seen some negative reviews on here and if they can accept PayPal which gives a buyer peace of mind as it includes payment protection. They responded on the 27th Feb saying the following:

After receiving this message I went to their website to place the order using PayPal as my payment method and surprise surprise it doesn't accept PayPal.

If the people who are responding don't even know what their store accepts or doesn't accept then to me it's a complete scam.
I can not fault them on their marketing as it is very very convincing. But like most things that are too good to be true. This one definitely is, lol..

The only positive review here on Robertson LLC is from Ryan Robertson. LMAO!!! Good Work.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. Contact emails bounce back and there appears no other way to make contact. I bought shipping protection but have yet to find a way of making contact.
My advice is to run from this shower and do not place any orders through them.
Such a shame I could not give them less stars.

I placed an order (#6767) on December 1st for Liposomal NAD+. It has been 40 days and I still haven't received anything. The tracking number (1ST04538675999) has been stuck since December 20th in 'Customs inspection' and now shows an 'Unknown' status.

Even though I paid for Shipping Protection, the seller (Robertson EC LLC) is ignoring all my emails. I opened a support ticket (#1267) weeks ago and have received zero human response. They are happy to take your money but will disappear if there is a problem with the delivery. I have already initiated a bank chargeback for fraud. Avoid this store at all costs!
