I brought 1 pot to try. I received the pot no problem. I tried it on my St Bernard and she doesnt like it. I then received an email on the 21st July saying thank you for your purchase. I never purchased something I'm not going to use, I then found out they automatically signed me up for a subscription every month at £34 which i didnt know till the 21st. I've then seen been trying to get a refund which they won't give cause apparently the item has been dispatched already. So customer service is also shit to deal with. I will never buy from these again and I will make sure other people don't buy from them as they are all so rude and money grabbing people.

Beware of Deceptive marketing practices and recurring charges. I did not sign up for a subscription and they have charged me. Customer service gives you the run around. Do not buy their products.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

The ingredients on the product label do not match the ingredients listed on the website. There is also a typo on the product labels.

I will not feed this to my pets as I am not sure what actually is in this product.

I have requested to “cancel subscription” through the email provided on the website, as well as directly through the website and my request is not being honored. I have referenced the policies directly from the website and continue to be given the run around.

Please do not order this product from trycanislabs.com or anywhere else it is sold.

Do not waste your money! I purchased the CalmAxis Chews over a month ago. The very first red flag was the notification that my package had been shipped. From China!!
After one full month of giving these treats to my dog (exactly as directed), and enduring the obvious digestive disruption it caused, there has been ZERO change in her reactive behavior. I purchased a 2 month supply (happy I opted out of auto ship!), and I already know the "money back guarantee" will also turn out to be bogus. If I could, I would rate this lower than the 1 star.

I placed an order with this company back in february and on their website.It states that they are produced in the united states. This is a positive false advertisement!! I've been in touch with him to get a full refund, and they keep saying that they're sending it to somebody higher up. Do not use this company ever. The box got the customs.Customs took everything out and put a note in it, saying that their product is not allowed in the united states! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do NOT order from them unless you want trouble from the government! It’s been 6 months with no product. They gave me a fake tracking number that didn’t exist then said it was held up in customs and I needed to call customs. They said they absolutely can’t refund me unless I return the product that I never got. Today, I got a letter from the US department of agriculture saying I violated regulations because chicken was in their product and it came from China. I had no idea it was coming from China when I ordered it. They destroyed the dog chews and the letter said I may be penalized criminally or civilly and may have to pay them. Unbelievable.

BEWARE this product & company! Just wanted to warn my fellow reactive dogs owners to avoid this company and their product CalmAxis that is heavily marketed to reactive dog owners. Their marketing has shown up everywhere in my feed including all the reactive dog Facebook groups, etc. and state they are safe for dogs & have a 100% money back guarantee. Given everything else we have tried for our girl over the years, I figured what did I have to lose with a guarantee in place. There are several problems I found. 1) they did not disclose their full ingredients on their website. My girl is allergic to MANY things so I am VERY careful with everything I purchase because if anything sets off a reaction, that only spirals up her reactivity and can be very dangerous for her. I saw nothing of concern on the website (and figured I would just return for the guaranteed refund if there was a problem). 2) their marketing (fake reviews, ads/posts/testimonials from fake veterinarians, claim they are a US company and 100% money back guarantee) are fraudulent. 3) They try to automatically set you up for a subscription that you are unable to cancel (small print down below on the order screen so you don't know you are subscribing). I saw another buyer warn of this so thankfully I was on the lookout for it when I tried to purchase so I was at least able to turn this off! When I received the product from CHINA, I immediately checked the ingredients and the top ingredients on the package were NOT what was listed on the website and were ingredients my girl could 100% not have or risk a major attack. That is DANGEROUS. I immediately contacted the company (same day I received) and tried for over 2 months to get them to respond or process a refund for my unopened product for their failure to disclose the ingredients correctly. They just kept delaying until they finally stopped responding altogether. I wanted to alert other reactive dog owners because I know so many of us are desperately searching for help and answers and this company is using that to prey on us so I wanted to warn you and hopefully save you the hassle and potential expense of a subscription you can't turn off because the company won't respond and will just continue taking your money. Save yourself and your pup and AVOID this company and product.

I have tried to cancel MULTIPLE times. There is no "cancel" on the website, you have to submt a form which is...conveniently...never something that you get a response to. After my last attempt to cancel I rec'd an email that the order was on it's way ANYWAY. Fast forward about a month and I got a notice that the order I didn't want was intercepted at the Port of Los Angeles and destroyed because it had prohibited materials in it. So I paid for something I didn't want, tried to cancel at least 4 times, and the product was destroyed by the Dpt. of Agriculture. Do NOT fall for their ads.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I never received my original order of over $100 from February 2026. This came to my attention when the first “subscription” order processed. Despite repeated emails to the company and requests for a refund of my original purchase cost, the only response I get is that they are “actively investigating” the issue. The product never worked for my two dogs (I used all the subscription order sent). The only option was to “pause” the order so no more product was sent. Don’t waste your time and money.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for almost 5 months and just keep getting told it’s been escalated or they are looking into it. Would not recommend at all, if there are any problems you aren’t going to get any help. What a scam.

Avoid — product made my dog ill and appalling customer service

I purchased CalmAxis chews for my dog, which made her ill shortly after taking them. When I contacted CanisLabs for a refund, they promised to send a returns label. That was six weeks ago and nothing has arrived despite repeated follow-ups.

Customer service is virtually non-existent — responses are slow, unhelpful, and nothing ever gets resolved. I’ve now had to go through my bank to recover my money.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this company entirely. When something goes wrong, they simply don’t follow through.

Do not order from this company. I ordered in February, account was debited in March still not received. After numerous emails to the company they claim they have been held at US customs but that is not my fault and company refuses to refund.

1 star. Only because you cant give less. Run away if you are reading this. I have never received my initial order. Will not refund. I did receive the second autoship order. It doesnt do what the ads say. My dog is the same after several weeks. I have asked for a refund for both based on their 90 day gaurantee. They say they will refund in emails, but never do. Its been 10 days. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Save yourself.

Do not buy from this company! I have a dog who is a very picky eater and has food insensitivities. I bought the unflavored and he would not eat them. I tried breaking them ip and crushing them in his food. He would not eat them. I requested to return and refund. The company makes you jump through hoops trying different things and taking photos. Once you do all the things they tell you they have to send your request to another department. They don’t get back to so I sent another request and the next representative claims to be the customer service manager and wants you to do all the things again. Then they tell you, again, they are sending your request for refund for review. I don't think they have any intention of refunding my money. I have never experienced so much difficulty trying to return a product.

Never received the product. Was told it’s made in the USA but it’s stuck in customs? It’s taken over 2 months to get someone to “look into” for a refund! UPDATE.. the box that it shipped in was from china. It had been opened by customs & taken. The letter said it violated USDA codes. I am hoping for a refund!

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. I ordered this product over two months ago and have yet to receive it. I have contacted the company several times requesting a refund only to be told that the product was on the way so a refund was not possible. Last time I was told that the the product was stuck in customs and that I would have to contact customs to get it unstuck. I questioned this because their website says that their main distribution center is in the US. This company is a total scam and I am embarrassed that I fell for it.
